Beautifully renovated condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths located in the center of the family oriented, safe and scenic shore town of Stone Harbor. It is a perfect getaway to melt the stress of life away.

The location is perfect. The beach is only 3 blocks away. When you come back from the beach you can lounge on the deck located right over the bay, soak in the hot tub, or take a swim in the pool/bay right in front of you. For breakfast and dinner, you are located within a 100 yard walk of well known longstanding Stone Harbor establishments: Uncle Bill's Pancake House and Fred's are across the street; The Reeds, Island Water Sports, Ristorante Luciano, Quahog's Seafood Shack, Coffee Talk, and Springers are around the corner. There are three mini golf courses and an arcade up the street to keep your kids occupied and tons of shops.

The place is not only a great location, but is recently renovated with wood/tile floors, cable hdtv, wifi, and a large bay window facing the south to see sunrise and sunset and a view that will stop you in your tracks. Sleeps up 8 comfortably and up to 10 with the sofa bed. How could you pass up this opportunity?

Why Jeff Pozzuolo chose Stone Harbor

Great location in the heart of the Stone Harbor business district, 3 blocks from the beach, and located right on the water with a pool. Great views of the bay, the southern tip of the island, and the southern tip of New Jersey and the marshes in the distance. Great condo as it has been recently renovated with wood/tile floors and I take pride in continuously improving the already excellent experience by learning the little things that make a big difference. I want to know you had a good time not because of any owner/renter relationship, but as someone that takes pride in the building/town as I grew up here every summer since I was born.

What makes this condo unique

The unique mix of ideal waterfront location, located in the center of a beautiful family oriented town (this is not a 'spring break' type town/building), a great condo, and a gorgeous view of the water, marshes and sunrise/sunset. Maybe a handful of units could boast all of these aspects.

Cleaning is not provided so we can rent at a lower price, and tenants generally do a better job than the various professional cleaning services I hired in the past. Cleaning supplies (wet jet, swifter, vacuum, sprays,...) are provided in the front closet and it will take 2-3+ people only 10-20 minutes to do a final cleaning assuming normal use. I intend to provide 4 beach tags as a courtesy. It is much cheaper for myself and more convenient to tenants for me to purchase season passes than each tenant to purchase weekly passes assuming Tenants do not misplace them. I pass on the savings/convenience to you. In return for this courtesy, I request you follow the golden rule to be cognizant to remember to return the beach tags to the dining table so the next tenant can use/find them. How would you feel if no tags were there for you upon arrival and spend time to go buy tags? I may increase or decrease the number of provided tags depending on how the system works.

Fabulous Stay on the Stone Harbor Bay!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this Stone Harbor condo. This property had so much to offer. It was the perfect place to keep everyone happy, spanning from our three teens to my elderly mom. Having the elevator and the entire condo on one floor really made it enjoyable for my mom. It was clean and had everything in it to make it feel like home. The balcony on the bay was our favorite part. We truly enjoyed watching the daily activities on the bay as well as the beautiful sunsets. It was so close to town that it was great for all ages to enjoy the shops and restaurants. There was a great place to rent paddle boards right across the street (Harbor Outfitters) and we could launch them right from the property. The pool, hot tub, pool deck and bay swims were nice features to have in addition to Stone Harbors beautiful beaches. We would recommend this condo to families of all ages. Great place to make Stone Harbor memories.

Great Location, prefect size condo with GREAT view.

We didn’t have to drive anywhere. You can walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, beach and shopping. The condo is a nice size, layout and quite. We will definitely stay again.

Philly burbs

Clean and convenient with beautiful views

We stayed here for a family wedding at the Reeds. This location was perfect! I have two young girls and I was able to go back and forth easily, if necessary, to check on kids and babysitter.

As a young family, we also appreciated the amenities (pool,building security, and view--my 2 year old loved waving to the boats!)

It was also convenient to all local shops, playgrounds, and the beach.

For the more adventurous, they rent paddle boards and kayaks on Shelter Haven and this condo is located right on the docks.

The apartment have it all, very clean, lots of space for 2 adults and 3 kids and best part is the location!!!!!! A very lovely town with all the amenities for everyone in my family - we love it. The owner was very professional and answer every question that I had. Already planning for next year trip - I recommend this place for sure.

Spring Weekend Getaway

This place has it all, especially location! It is in the heart on 96th so it is easy to walk to all the shops. The house has a spectacular view of the bay and I could sit outside for hours just watching the bay and all the activity around it. The house was described as listed and was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The bonus was the owner was very easy to work with and answered any questions right away. I highly recommend this property!

Family wedding

My son's wedding reception was at the Reeds and this condo could not have been more perfect! We were able to walk back and forth (for preparations and post-wedding events) and could actually watch the Reeds' staff setting up for the event! (We also hosted the rehearsal party at the Wetlands Institute - another perfect venue!) The condo was clean and well equipped, and met all our needs. I highly recommend this condo as well as all VRBO properties (we've rented twice before through the site and have never been disappointed).

Damage Deposit $350

- EMAIL ME DIRECTLY BEFORE DOING BOOK IT NOW!!! It saves you their "service fee" and I do paper leases unless it is a last minute booking.
- Saturday is the turnover day from mid June to Labor Day.
- Can make deals on the extra couple days for Memorial Day or Labor Day weeks to stay through the holiday (such as Saturday to Monday vs. only Saturday to Saturday for Labor Day weekend)
- Greater of $200 or 20% of Rent to reserve; 50% 2 months prior; 100% plus security deposit 1 month prior
- Refundable security deposit is greater of $250 or 20% of Rent (I've been limiting this to $350 lately)
- Can do Book It Now if it is a last minute booking where mail or in person delivery would not work.
- Rates for the following calendar year do not usually get updated until September or October in the current calendar year (the end of the current main season). If the quoted price for the following calendar year seems low (especially compared to historic prices), then ask or I will let you know after the inquiry. For instance, if it quotes a July 2018 week as $800/week (especially seeing the 2017 rate being almost 4x), it's because the 2018 rates aren't up yet. Just ask and the rate will usually be near to the historic rate.

VRBO changed its rates system so here are the 2018 weekly rates to compare more easily (these are caps if less days are taken - email if you have questions):
