Charming 1-bedroon Guest House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Great location in a quiet neighborhood in North Phoenix. 10 minute drive to great shopping and restaurants at Desert Ridge and City North. Half an hour to downtown where you can catch a Diamondbacks game or go to the theater. It's about a 25 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport. I may be able to accommodate an early check-in need or a late check-out need. Feel free to message me and ask!

The guest house was perfect for my stay and had many nice small additions to make my stay comfortable! It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and the highways. I would definitely stay again!

The host is so personable. The guest house is by far one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. It was very clean and spacious. It is close to a walking path and in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay!

Everything was just perfect at this location. Kathi is very thoughtful host and there were numerous little touches that made to stay very comfortable. It’s a quiet location with easy access to the Central Arizona Project Canal for walking. It’s close to stores and other restaurants.
