I stayed at Storyscape in September 2026 for 2 days. The reason I chose it was the classy decor with clever use of color and it did not disappoint. It was also clean and comfortable and the host was very good at communicating with detailed accurate info. My family and I enjoyed the peace and elegance of the property.

Straightforward check-in, responsive host and clean, spacious property. We (a family of four) had a great stay in this property. At most 10-20 minute drive to downtown and the many great hikes and parks around flagstaff. Recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful home in August 2026, and it was a very satisfying and relaxing experience. The location was perfect, because while you were outside the noise of the city, you were still close to any needed stores and restaurants. The owners were readily responsive to early questions that we had, which is a plus for any listing. Great family game amenities indoors and BBQ grills outdoors. And we were pleased with the beautiful enclosed back yard and open roof deck. If you need a home base for your summer or winter outdoor activities, this is the place for you.

Cozy and welcoming place. Went to visit during a day when it snowed so that made it more memorable. Beautiful set up and spaceous. Will recommend to anyone and would love to return another time.

The host was very welcoming and extremely responsive. Beautiful home, a must if you have kids that need entertained. I did not hear "I'm bored" once. Such a cool looking home too, so many textures and artistic touches. We will stay each time we come back to Flag.

Santiago was a wonderful host. Communications were quick and accommodating. The property sits in a quiet neighborhood and even though the house shares with 2 other attached studios, the other occupants were quiet and stayed out of sight. The only problem we had with the house was the comfort factor. I understand this is subjective, but the master bed was too firm for us and we couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The furniture in the living room was also not comfortable enough to watch a movie or sit in for an extended amount of time (We like head and foot support and a bit more seat cushion). The outdoor areas were nice with newer and easy to operate propane fire pits. The Adirondack chairs were comfy.

We get fabulous feedback on them from other guests but totally understand that everyone's preferences are different. A spacious home in a beautiful, quiet Flagstaff neighborhood that feels secluded but is close to everything. My husband and I stayed at this home for a month and loved the rooftop deck, game room and well designed bedrooms. Having access to a garage to park our car was a plus as well.We found the primary bedroom’s king bed to be quite hard and ended up purchasing a mattress pad to combat that. We also had some issues with the older dishwasher that was not properly cleaning dishes. This property is broken up into three different rental spaces, with this property being the largest. Having neighbors did not bother us, but you can occasionally hear some noise in the living room from the other rentals.Santiago was incredibly kind and responsive, and overall I recommend this home.

We get great feedback on the firmness of the mattress and enjoy it ourselves when we stay but completely understand firmness preferences are personal.
