Enjoy this cozy private studio suite in the peaceful San Jose area of Jacksonville. With a private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette (microwave, fridge, utensils), itâs perfect for both short and long stays. Relax on the queen bed, watch your favorite shows on the 65-inch smart TV, or work with high-speed WiFi. Includes air conditioning, heating, and driveway parking. Just 4 minutes from a laundromat and a short drive to The Avenues Mall, Saint Johns Town Center, downtown, shops, and the St. Johns River.
What do you love about your property?
I love that my property is cozy, private, and surrounded by a peaceful family neighborhood. Itâs the perfect balance of comfort and simplicity, with everything a guest needs to feel at home. I also enjoy the little extras, like having a basketball hoop in the backyard for fun, and being able to share our bicycles so guests can explore the area in a relaxing way.
What will guests love about your area?
Guests will love the calm and safe atmosphere of our neighborhood, while still being close to shops, restaurants, and main roads like San Jose Boulevard. Itâs a welcoming community where you can walk, bike, or simply enjoy the outdoors.
Whatâs your favorite thing within walking distance?
One of my favorite things within walking distance is the bike path right in front of the house. Itâs perfect for a morning ride, an afternoon walk, or just enjoying some fresh air. Guests can even use our bicycles to experience it like a local.
What makes your property stand out?
What makes this property unique is the personal touchâwe offer not only a private and comfortable space, but also special experiences. Guests can practice their Spanish with the friendly homeowner if theyâd like, shoot some hoops in the backyard, or take a bike ride through the neighborhood.
On top of that, my husband Ăngel can serve as your local tour guide if youâd like to discover Jacksonville from a residentâs perspective. He can adapt the tour to your interests, whether you prefer a short walk around the area, a city highlights experience, or a more specialized private tour. Suggested rates are:
