-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000. -After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS. -Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
**Golf Carts available for rent for $90 a night with a refundable deposit of $500. You do not have to rent the golf cart for your entire stay, however the last day of your rental must fall on the last day of your reservation with us. **
Essentials: -Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. -Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. -Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.
Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)

Property was easy to get to. Very accessible to shopping and restaurants.Spent most of of our time outside in or out of the pool! Beautiful spot to relax in the backyard! House provided everything we needed.

Pool was dirty bottle caps on pool floor with other debris; house was missing important tools for pool and for outdoor grilling and basic items inside like salt and pepper or sugar. Had to search for toaster no small counter oven. 1 King bed not 2 like advertised. Kayak was missing seat. Front door lock would not lock on exiting the house. Not willing to let friends visit for a get together. So, a bit disappointed with overall condition and regulation about visits was not clear at signing.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
Regarding the pool, we addressed this promptly by dropping off a new pool net and skimming the pool as soon as we were notified as it was the same day to have the pool guy some. We did not receive prior notice about missing grill tools during your stay, but we will review this to ensure everything is properly stocked moving forward.
For household items, our listing and rental agreement specify what is provided, and we do not supply consumables such as salt, pepper, or sugar. The home is equipped with a standard toaster, as listed, rather than a toaster oven.
The property is advertised as having one king bed, and we will double-check the listing to ensure everything is clearly described. We also did not encounter any issues with the front door lock after your departure, but we will inspect it again to be certain it is functioning properly.
The kayak and its accessories will be reviewed to ensure all components are present and in good condition.
Lastly, our policy regarding additional guests and gatherings is outlined in the listing and rental agreement to comply with house rules and local regulations. We understand this may have been frustrating, but these policies are in place to protect the property and ensure a good experience for all guests.
