Cabana home. Beautiful designed 3400+ Sq ft of luxury. Open the front doors and walk into the cabana pool area surround on all sides by the house itself. Privacy galore! Plenty of seating for lounging by the pool or enjoying a good meal together. Huge kitchen with tons of space everything you need for the chef and your family. There are Beautiful crystal clear Springs and rivers nearby. Sandy white sand beaches just a short drive away. Scalloping and Manatee Tour‘s are a must. Don’t forget the Mermaid Show! A multitude of restaurants and shops nearby . Head out to the back lanai when you get back from your daily activities. Dusk is when nature starts the symphony. Ready to wind down and relax? Retreat to your private suite. Each bedroom has a refined yet casual tropical/coastal design with direct access to the cabana pool and black out curtains for restful naps. The Captains Quarters has a 65 inch smart TV and a full en suite attached. Cozy Cabanna has a 55 inch smart tv, fireplace and full en suite. Nautical Nights has a 55 inch smart TV with a full bath just 2 steps outside the bedroom door . The family room has a 70 inch smart TV and comfortable supple Natuzzi furnishings .The best of both worlds. Spend time together when you want to and retreat to your own space to relax whenever you feel the need. Our place is suitable for well behaved supervised children. Also keepin mind that Florida is a tropical environment. Pest control is done weekly however you might occasionally see a bug, scorpion, lizard, gopher or other rodent. The best way to avoid this is to keep the doors closed. No lifeguard on duty. Private pool. Swim at your own risk. Pin locks 5 feet up on all doors to help keep your little ones safe.

This place is nothing short of amazing! It looked fabulous in the pictures, but they simply cannot do it justice. The pool was wonderful and the house was so spacious and beautifully decorated. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home! The host was extremely friendly and ever so gracious! Looking forward to a return visit!

Impressive from start to finish

The whole experience, from pre-booking all the way through check-out was perfect. The owner was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The home has a significant "WOW" factor when you open the front door. The kitchen is well laid out complete with just about all of the cooking and baking needs (minus the ingrediants) that you need. The entire home was clean and bright. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Everything we wanted it to be!

We were looking for a low key place on Gulf side of Florida with a private pool and communal space for 2-3 families - and thats exactly what we got. The communication from Sandra was excellent and very welcoming. I recommend this place for families, couples and friends.

Another Great Stay

This was the second time I have stayed here with my wife and her sister. The layout of the house is perfect for our needs. We can hang out together in the common areas (pool, kitchen, living room) during the day and retire to our separate areas at night. The hosts provide great communication and the house is clean with everything you need. It’s great for a pool house getaway from the cold up north.

It was a great place!

We loved this house! The pool was especially nice. Private and perfectly heated for us older folks! The kitchen was stocked well and the beds and furniture were really comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and they were very helpful. We will use this house again!

This house is amazing! But better yet the owner was awesome at keeping us informed on the availability of the house. When we arrived after two delayed flights, the house was spotless. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. Love to the owners, and a big Thank you.

Overall house is amazing!! My family and myself had a great time. Very clean, and cozy. Pool was beautiful. I definitely recommend a stay at this place. We will definitely book a stay here again.

Radiates happiness and encouraging energy

Breathtaking from the moment we opened the front door.... love it so much we didn't even want to leave to go anywhere. Had to force the kids to go to universal studios. That is our perfect home. The only problem was checking out.

Staycation

The pool area was amazing!!!! You feel like you are in your own private oasis. The home has everything you need to make it feel like home. Sandra is an amazing host and gets right back with you if you have any questions. We can’t wait to plan our next staycation at the cabana house.

Florida’s Nature Coast

We decided to stay away from theme parks and typical beaches this year. We wanted to take on the fresh spring rivers and all the area has to offer. This house was centrally located for all our plans. Our grandchildren fell in love with the house layout and how it was all centered around the pool. They couldn’t wait to get back every night to swim well past their normal bedtime. The house is beautiful. Nice furniture and a great layout. The owners are super nice and send a text every now and then just be sure everything is great. Highly recommend this house

Perfect accommodation

Property is better then pictures show. Layout is extremely laid out well for a family. Spent most of the time astound the pool. Owner communicates very fast. Go to Murphs market which has a Fantastic meat and vegetables selection. Our sincere thanks to the owner for providing such a wonderful home.

Perfection

Absolutely beautiful home! It was so carefully set up for all of our needs, full kitchen and many other misc. supplies. The pool in the center of the home is a brilliant feature that really favors privacy. The set up and floor plan is a dream for a vacation getaway. My teenagers were ecstatic the entire time. They had their own room with private entry, bathroom and access to the pool at any time. Read that again Mom’s!!! The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, I heard nothing at all from the neighbors. The location is fabulous, you are only a quick Uber away from pretty much anything you want to do. Pine island beach isn’t far and all amenities are a short DoorDash order away. Only took 15 mins to order and receive groceries for the week from Winn Dixie. The homeowner was incredibly responsive and kind, and on top of everything. No detail was omitted. I will 100% be back and tell all of my friends as well. Sandra- Thank you so much for a peaceful weekend.

Wonderful Stay! - March 2024

We LOVED staying here! The home was beautiful and very clean. We traveled with 2 adults and an 11 & 12 year old. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was large and somewhere everyone could be in. We used the outside grill one time. Pool was VERY warm and was used often by the kids. Was a great home to relax in and not super far from most things, such as grocery stores and such. Sandra was very responsive to our questions! Would highly recommend staying at this home!

Fantastic Stay!

There is not much to be said that has not already been stated in other reviews. The house is fantastic. The layout is a bit unorthodox but it worked perfectly for us. All of the furnishings and appliances are top notch. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area is a highlight with the heated pool being only about 4.5-5 ft deep. Perfect for relaxing after a day out. The neighborhood is quiet but you don't really see much of it due to the courtyard style layout of the house. Sandra, the host, was very responsive to all inquiries. Overall, great home and great host.

This House Is Fantastic

If you’re looking for an easy process at a house that’s just perfect to get away, this is your house. The pool area is second to none. Absolutely private and heated. The entire house including kitchen, master bath and living room is the perfect oasis for one person or a family. Thank you Sandy. I will be back.

Special Birthday Celebration with old friends

The house was absolutely amazing. It was immaculate and impeccably decorated. Everything was up-to-date and of the highest quality. All the furniture and beds were so comfortable. The design of the cabana home was awesome with its open concept surrounding a beautiful, heated pool. Sandra was so accommodating and easy to work with. Everything we could have possibly wanted was there. Our only regret was that vacation was much too short. In a scale of 1 to 5, I would definately rate this property a 10!!! would love to revisit.

Exceptional home and host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully decorated, was very clean, and had everything we needed. We relaxed and enjoyed the privacy of the pool and were able to use the kitchen to make a few home cooked meals. So many amenities! The dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard and looking for the little lizards - and we were happy she had a place to run and get her energy out. Sandra is an amazing host - she answered any questions we had immediately and made sure we had all we needed during our stay. We will be back for sure!

Spring Hill Paradise

Perfect location to come visit my dad in Spring Hill and have family from the area over. Plenty of room for us and family. Great floor plan to keep everyone with their own space if needed. Neighbors and neighborhood was welcoming and the am heron bird party was great to watch as they completed their morning walk. It was nice to sit outside and listen to the distant thunder and have cocktails. We plan to back again due to location in the area, floor plan and set-up for everyone. Property manager was thorough and consistently communicating through the visit. Thank you from NC.

Perfect for those of us who love spending time together but also like a little time alone. Each bedroom suite is designed for restful and relaxing downtime with Beautiful designer furniture and it’s own large screen smart TV.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Views of the cabana pool from every room in the house. Walking through the front doors into the pool area is quite stunning. We love that no one can see into the pool. All of the bedrooms are separated on different sides of the house so there’s plenty of privacy for everyone. Minutes from beaches, rivers, biking trails, hiking, scalloping, Weeki Wachee mermaids, golfing, restaurants and shopping. Tampa and all of its amenities is just 45 minutes away.
