Great location and layout

The condo had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacation and we especially loved the layout of the condo, very spacious and allowed everyone to have their private spaces. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach vacation 2025

This condo!!! This condo is beautiful, it was stocked with everything we needed, the views are gorgeous, it overlooks the pool, I loved that it was on the 2nd floor. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spaced out so you’re not on top of each other. Each room is decorated with such detail. I could go on and on Rick, the owner was wonderful, very informative and gets right back with you if you call or message him. We have been coming to the beach yearly for more than ten years now and If available this will be our first pick!

Summer Vacation

This property was well maintained inside and out. My husband and son utilized the exercise room on-site. My girls wanted to try out the indoor pool, but the weather was beautiful all week. The condo itself was amazing. Well stocked with all the essentials. We loved the ice maker for the cooler. The master bathroom shower is huge and my kids wanted to take q shower in it as well. This is a corner unit, so a much bigger balcony which we enjoyed. We definitely will stay here again and the owner was very accommodating and was easy to reach. Great location to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Place

Our condo was in great order. The owner was very easy to speak with immediately. Very easy check-in and check-out procedure. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone with a family.

Summerchase

The property is in the perfect location. I love that it’s basically in the center of everything you need. The condo is very nice and very clean. Beds are super comfortable. The master shower is amazing! Had no issues with the property manager, just had to ask for the code to the door. Check-in is at 3pm and by 4pm we had still never received the code. The only issues that I had with the property is the location of the room. It’s directly on top of the indoor pool and the outdoor pool is right outside of the room. The noise from the kids and everyone outside is super loud. If we were inside trying to take a break from the heat there was no relaxing bc of the noise. We also had very inconsiderate neighbors that woke up extra early (before daylight) and thought that the entire condo needed to be up with them. There’s not a lot of insulation to break the noise. Also I wished there was a parking garage bc we got bad weather everyday/night with the chance of hail. Thankfully it didn’t but just the thought of my car getting beat up had me super nervous.

The owner was excellent! Loved the condo! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need! Comfortable beds! Awesome walk in rain shower. Plenty of soft white clean linens. You can’t go wrong with this property 🏖

Location is Everything!

The location of the condo in the building was ideal. You walk out your door and the stairwell to outside is right there! Short little walk around the side of the building and you’re at the pool or walkway to the beach. No long walks down the hall or waiting on the elevator. The beach is beautiful and you can rent chairs and umbrellas by the day or week. The balcony looks right out onto the beach. The only thing we didn’t like was the absence of doors in the master bathroom. I would strongly recommend putting an actual door either into the area with the sinks or at least one into the area with the toilet and shower. We would rent again.

Perfect view

The location of this condo was great! Right in the beach, end unit, right by the pool! You could sit in bed and watch the ocean from two windows and just relax! The bedroom with the bunk beds was perfect for the kids who even built a fort! A great time was had by all!

Perfect condo in Orange Beach

This condo perfectly fit our needs with plenty of room, clean and updated decor, and everything in working order. The location to the beach access and parking lot was ideal. We loved the location of the condo so that there was plenty of room at the beach, and other guests were all friendly. My favorite part was the wrap around balcony and gorgeous views out of the room windows. I believe this was our family's all time favorite condo rental at Orange Beach of the many years coming here for vacation!!

It was a great family trip. It was clean and close to just about anything we wanted to do.

The room is a corner unit, so we had a larger balcony than most. The unit was also directly over the pool, so we could keep a close eye on the kids if they were down there. It is also closer to the beach than most condos I’ve stayed at. We hope to go again next year.

A lovely condo in a terrific location!

We were delighted in our stay in this unit in Summerchase and the interaction with the owner was always quick, polite, and helpful. This unit is in an older complex but it has two major pluses-it is nicely updated and the location of the building on the beach is awesome. The unit has a lot of floor space for a beach condo. There are all tile floors, very comfortable mattress in master(only one we used) , and newer TVs in all rooms. The master bath is lovely with a big tiled shower and a nice long vanity with double sinks. The bathroom does not have any door at all separating it from the bedroom area which was somewhat of a disadvantage the days one of us needed to get ready early for a meeting. I’m sure it’s a beach service providing them, but some newer, thicker bath towels would be appreciated. The other two bedrooms were also nicely done, and separated enough from one other that noise shouldn’t be an issue. The appliances were all newer. We didn’t do much cooking, but there appeared to be the dishes and utensils you would need. The view from the until was fantastic because of its corner location. Having side windows in the living area, in addition to the sliding doors to the balcony, brought in so much light and just made the whole place seem bigger. We spent quite a lot of time on the balcony. There were several nice chairs out there but we would have enjoyed a lounge chair here too. The unit is on the second floor, and right above the pool, so you do hear the noise. However, it did not bother us in the least and the security made sure the pool was cleared and quiet every night by 10:00. Beach access is from the outside corner of the building rather than thru a lobby. We liked being able to get to the beach without having to wait for an elevator (although it was close and never a long wait) and march through a lobby full of people. This unit was on the beach access side and directly by the stairs so we went down one flight (used the beach chair service so we were not carrying lots of paraphernalia) and right around the corner. One of the greatest advantages to Summerchase is that, while it is right in the middle of everything you need in town, the lots on either side of it are empty. It is not a high rise and so the crowds on your section of the beach are nothing like some places we have stayed. Reason enough for us to return here!

Very nice unit

The unit was very nice and clean, very spacious. The beach area was exceptional because it was not crowded. The public beach is to the east and an empty lot is to the west. Really, really enjoyed this stay.

Dishonest owner!!!

I received an email the day before I was to arrive: Read below - We had a issue arise with the condo yesterday and it seems it will not be fixed by tomorrow. I have a condo all set up for you to rent and I will pay the full cost. Please look at the link and let me know your thoughts. Very sorry for the problem. If your not happy with the unit, I will refund every penny of your money back to you but I feel the unit will work for you. Sounds good , huh??? He did not have a condo set up for me!! I had to reserve my own condo. He did refund me the cost of his condo, but did not pay for my condo. He refused to call me!! Only wanted to talk to me via email. He said he had a sinus infection and couldn't talk. I live in KY....Sinuses are an everyday issue here!! Finally I texted him!! I feel like this owner was dishonest and full of lies. I'd like to know the real problem that arose!! What someone else offer you more $$$?? Just tell the truth - I probably would have understood. But now I think you are a coward who didn't even talk to me!!
