Aloha ! Welcome to my condo located at 57-101 Kuilima Dr. Kahuku Hawaii 96712. My condo is clean, well maintained, and comes with many amenities . Some amenities are Tennis rackets, bodyboards, snorkel and mask sets , beach towels, beach chairs, and more. Full access to Tennis Courts and Condo Pools. The hotel pool is not available to outside guests. Just a short distance you can walk onto 2 world class Golf Courses or out onto the exceptional White Sand Beaches surrounding the spectacular Turtle Bay Resort with its Restaurants, Facilities and Activities. Please contact the owner with any questions. I look forward to serving you as my guest.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty refrigerator for remaining food. Load and start dishwasher. Do not empty it. Take garbage out. Start one load of towels in washing machine. Put washed load into the dryer start dryer.
Leave key and parking pass on the kitchen counter. Please advise of checking out if departing before Noon. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be considerate of noise before 8:00a.m. and after 8:30p.m. Do not use bleach, or fabric softners when washing laundry. Use hose outside to remove sand

Fantastic location for northern Oahu

If you want to stay in a cozy place right next to the Ritz Carlton in Turtle Bay, this is it. The host is very attentive and wonderful.

Love Turtle Bay for a quiet vacation and knowing it is well kept and very safe. Bill and Wendy’s Condo is perfect and hope to come again. Great communication, easy check in and well stocked kitchen and condo for all your needs. Wish the bed had a memory foam mattress topper but just because of my shoulder pain. This is our second time staying with them and it is a very nice place. You will love it here!

This place is in the perfect location. I loved that it felt secluded and if the beaten path, but still so close to all the places we wanted to visit in our trip to Hawaii. Wendy was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Easy check in/ check out. Hopefully we'll be coming back soon!

Perfect location in Turtle Bay!

This condo is perfectly located in Turtle Bay. We were able to walk to the Ritz daily to dip in the ocean, have breakfast or lunch and hang by the pool. Wendy was a wonderful host; very communicative and responsive. She even went out of her way to bring us extra pillows after our first night. The provided K-cups were a very welcome touch, and the kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking and eating. Would stay here again!

Wendy was a great host! Her communication was clear and always quick. The home had everything we needed for the beach and plenty of cooking, cleaning, and paper products. The only thinf about this home that was not my favorite was the size of the water heater, we usually had to wait awhile to allow a 2nd warm shower. That wasn't a huge deal. We loced that we could wash and dry our clothing in the unit and that the AC worked so well! We will be returning if/when we come baxk to Oahu!
