Beautiful Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay – We’re an outstanding value priced condo located on 840 acres of landscaped gated grounds, the only tropical resort on Oahu's tranquil and iconic North Shore!

Get away from crowded vacation spots with our one-bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms on the golf course. Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, with its own full bathroom. The living room has a queen-size Murphy Bed with closet and drawers and a full bathroom all its own!

The Condo has all the comforts of home including a full-size kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, full size fridge with all the appliances/cookware to make your own meals. And unlike many condos at Turtle Bay who only provide A/C in the bedroom, we have it throughout! We also have a washer/dryer, 2 cable TVs, high speed wired/wireless internet. The complex is a 10-minute stroll to miles of pristine white sand beaches to swim and watch incredible sunsets. Our resort has two heated pools with barbeques and tennis courts.

Just a two-minute drive away is the Turtle Bay Hotel where you can book trips to waterfalls, aerial tours, surf lessons, kayak tours, luaus, rent mopeds or get an oceanside massage. They welcome our guests use of their indoor and outdoor restaurants. For an additional fee, you can use their gym facilities and take fitness and yoga classes or just get a good massage. Also, walking distance from the condo is a horse-riding stable with ocean and trail riding available.

We're a short drive to other famous N. Shore Beaches, the Banzai Pipeline, Waimea Bay, Historic Haleiwa town, and the Polynesian Cultural Center. You can see sea turtles and dolphins year-round and humpback whales in the winter. In nearby historic Haleiwa Town, you’ll find more great restaurants, shops and galleries. Also, more equipment rentals, lessons, and activities.

We guarantee two beach chairs and a cooler, but we typically have boogie boards, swim fins/masks and beach toys left by previous guests. If you have a little one, we have a Pak-N-Play and highchair in the condo.

Thank you Mike and Maria for letting us stay in your lovely condo. Unitbis well stocked and everything you need is there! Proximity to Ritz Carlton and Turtle bay is very convenient for an eatly swim and late afternoon drinks! Would stay again with pleasure!

Stayed here with my daughter for four nights and had a great time. Great location, really enjoyed the beach and the proximity to beautiful North Shore attractions. The host/Mike was very prompt with any questions I had and very accommodating. There was a slight misunderstanding with one of the amenities that was listed as available, but he was generous and corrected the problem right away.

Perfect stay! Mike's place was so beautiful and peaceful - just what we needed. Fully stocked kitchen made for wonderful meals and fresh ground coffee to sip on the lanai watching the sunrise. Clean, refreshing tradewinds and beautiful setting. Comfortable beds and clean! Great communication and we felt so welcomed! Looking forward to our next stay.

Very convenient location. The condo was very well stocked with everything you need, including almost anything you may have forgotten to pack. The resort grounds are awesome. My recommendation is to explore early.

Very nice location. Check-in was easy and the host gave us suggestions. The kitchen and all the house are updated and need a renewal, especially the washing machine very noisy.

Way better than Waikiki, and a condo is way better than a hotel room.

Great location. After being couped up in a hotel room as a family of four it was nice to have a condo to spread out. It's so nice to have a kitchen where we could cook meals and not have to go out to eat all the time. I was a bit skeptical at first because I thought the beach was going to be far, but it's not far at all ! We ended up driving to the beach a lot, but only because it was convenient and there was so much available parking. If it was a hassle to park then we would have just walked. The property is an easy walk to the beach and we usually walked during our morning coffee. The condo was stacked with beach equipment ! They had everything you need. We made use of the bamboo mats, the fins, and coolers. I also blew some bubbles because who can resist blowing a few bubbles. The fins came in handy on the last day while snorkeling in the morning where our adventurous daughter likes to dive deeper and caught a glimpse of an octopus swim and change color. She's been searching for that one for a while. The bamboo mats were clutch to lay on while your towel stays clean. The only hiccup we had was during parking. There was a big van parked in 106 with the doors open while they were unloading so I parked in a guest spot. The next morning I received a note as a warning saying I needed to get a guest pass from security. No big deal though. We found security and Orin provided us a week long pass. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks, and Mahalo !

Quiet North Shore Condo near Turtle Bay

Our kids are 14, 16 and this was great for the four of us. Great quiet location and in June we didn’t really run the AC. Just opened up and the place has amazing cross breeze. We prefer ocean fresh air. Pool was really close by, warm, and really had all to ourselves. Turtle Bay/Ritz we ended up driving to (Free parking). It’s definitely walkable but with snorkel gear and beach gear better to drive. We went to Sharks Cove, Ted’s Bakery, Kula Shave Ice, Waimea Falls, Turtle Bay, Kualoa Ranch and felt we didn’t have enough time to explore all of the North Shore. Place was well stocked, appliances worked well and cooking saves . Communication was clear and concise with owners. They were great. We will definitely come back to stay again.

Amazing MDW stay!

Such a beautiful place to stay!! The owners and the property manager were all very responsive right away, communication was great!! This condo has a wonderful location, gorgeous north shore away from the downtown crowds!

Relaxing and quiet!

We needed a weekend getaway, and we are so glad we chose this place. It was so quiet the entire weekend. The pool was nearby and we loved just lounging in the sun. The kitchen was well stocked. And the bed was super comfy! The manager easily communicated and check in directions were very clear. We would stay here agin!

just 2 little things

i enjoyed my stay 2 night stay. i was sorry to see there was no kleenex supplied. not sure if it was just overlooked or just not their policy to supply. i was occupied for the 2 nights of my stay with activities for a wedding over at the hotel so i really did not spend a lot of time enjoying the condo. but what i did see it did seem well supplied to anyone with an extended stay. small things like a cooler and ice paks for potential day activities away from the condo. towels were plentiful and the the decor was pleasant. also i did encounter a dead 747 roach under the sofa and a small one on the counter. i know one can never predict when the local pest will decide to die so i was not too surprised. but it did add a little ick factor. i did really appreciate the split ac in the living area and the reg ac in bedroom. the condo was always cool while i was in there. i would recommend to anyone shopping around.

Great value and location!

We had everything we needed. We loved being close to the Ritz so take advantage of the restaurants (make a reservation) but also liked being able to cook at home and do our own thing. The hosts were very accommodating for our two kids. Additionally, one of our kids accidentally broke a chair and they were very understanding.

An amazing stay!

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay - The unit was perfect—clean, spacious, and beautifully located. Mike, was incredibly responsive and checked in to ensure we were enjoying our stay throughout. We had a blast exploring the area and relaxing in the condo. Everything exceeded our expectations. Five stars all the way—can’t wait to come back!

Convenient to Turtle Bay and in a terrific area. Condo can use updating but it was clean. Sadly, there were a couple of insects in one kitchen drawer.

North Shore Getaway

This place and location was perfect for us. Inside the Turtle Bay resort with access to beach’s, walking trails, golf, and Lei Lei’s restaurant (really good dinner), there was plenty to do just there. Then, you find yourself minutes from some of the most famous surfing beaches in the world! All while having a laid back rural vibe where the pace of an ordinary day just melts away. We love this part of Oahu and hope to visit again and again. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a (3) week stay. Our host Mike was fantastic. Checking in on us to be sure all was in order. Available immediately for the (1) minor issue we had with the door code. He and his team were fantastic. Thanks for a great experience Mike!!

Birthday Trip

Great location, beautiful walk across the golf course to the beach and Turtle Bay Resort's cove/snorkeling, restaurants within walking distance, all appliances in good order, pull out bed much more comfortable than you'd expect, everything you need for the kitchen provided, quiet spot on the first floor, hose out back for cleaning off the sand, ample gear for the beach (chairs, snorkeling gear, fins, umbrella, etc.). We'll stay here again!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We're a ground floor (cooler) unit with no stairs to climb. We have 2 air conditioners, a through the wall A/C in the master bedroom and a Split A/C system for the rest of the condo, where many units at Kuilima Estates only have 1. And our condo is perfectly situated where we get a year round breeze day and night so many of guests tell us, you don't even need to use A/C even in summer! We've been in this business over 20 years and know how to treat our guests!
