Welcome to our property - Kemp’s Kove in the Crystal Beach area of Destin
Path to the beach, with a shower to wash off when you are done! The beachfront across all of Destin was renourished so as long as you stay within 30 feet from water you can enjoy. No tents or canopies are allowed!

The Space
Kemp’s Kove is made up of two separate structures — a main house and a two-story casita — giving your group the perfect mix of togetherness and privacy. The entire property sleeps 14 across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Furry family members welcome — up to 2 dogs with a $150/stay pet fee. Have more? Just ask.

Main House
The heart of Kemp’s Kove features an open living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area — all connected to a wrap-around screened front porch with a dining table perfect for outdoor meals. Board games are provided to keep everyone entertained on rainy days. Outdoor games also included (cornhole, giant Jenga and giant Connect Four).

• Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunks with full trundle (sleeps 2–6; please let us know if trundle is needed)

The Casita
A two-story structure with each floor having its own private entrance and full bathroom — ideal for extended family, teens, or guests who want their own space within the property.
• Floor 1: Queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom
• Floor 2: 2 Queen beds, kitchenette, full bathroom

The Backyard
Your private outdoor oasis features a fenced pool (heating available at $75/night), tiki bar with built-in grill and TV, and a gas fire pit — all just steps from your back door. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water outside casita.

Getting Around
Six beach cruiser bikes are available for the whole group. We also include 8 beach chairs, a cooler, balloon-tire beach dolly, boogie boards, skim board, and sand toys — everything your family needs for a perfect day at the beach, less than a 5-minute walk away. Primary guest must be at least 25 and stay at the property during the stay.

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please make sure pool fence is shut before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was a great rental for multi-families and pets. End of a quiet cul-de-sac and short walk to the beach. Loved the heated pool!

Destin Trip—Would Definitely Recommend

Austin was very helpful and accommodating during our stay, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The house was great and a five minute walk from the private beach access. We had several households staying together so the main house and the casita gave everyone their own private spaces. The house’s pool and backyard space was perfect for family dinners and hangouts. We definitely plan to stay again and highly recommend this property.

We are the last house on the end of the street providing more parking and privacy than other options. Our house setup allows for multiple families or generations to come enjoy the beautiful beach together. The pool, bar with grill and firepit area allow for a space to bring the whole group together.
