The house and location were perfect. We had a couple of minor needs to contact the property management company and they were very responsive and helpful. Nancy went above and beyond to make certain this was a great rental experience. Our family had a great time and made some wonderful memories.

The home was well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the beach was a big plus. We had a great time playing pool everyday and set up a fun family tournament. The weather was comfortable and the house worked out perfectly for the family. Thank you!

Very large and luxurious property. Easy access to the beach. View of the beach is limited due to row of houses between property and beach. Neighborhood is very classy.

- [ ] There are approximately 4,500 commonly used adjectives in the English language. Regarding our trip to Playa Del Mar, I will use awesome. We were a four generation family that enjoyed every moment and amenity. Playa Del Mar was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained. Kitchen area was extraordinary. I am very thankful for the elevator. My wife had a total ankle rebuild and was able to ‘visit’ all three floors without any undue stress. I hate to mention the parking problem. It does present a dilemma if a large family is involved. This problem affects every home as there are only six public spaces available. I do not see a solution. Again, awesome time at Playa Del Mar. If possible, will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Had a Great Time

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Nice change was a new main refrigerator. There were a couple of bathroom sinks that never drained properly and some of the furniture could use an update, but we had a great time at the house and of course the amazing view and close access directly to the beach.

The house is really nice and the layout is beautiful. You can see the beach from the house which is nice. We did have some issues which need addressed but it is normal living areas. Electronics in the house need updated, the internet would not work properly and it took a technician an entire morning of our trip to repair. The remotes to the TV's all need updated in each room and adjusted to a more simplistic method of how you function. The place overall is a must stay, and being a landlord is not easy to accommodate all requests, but the team did try for sure. Appreciate all the efforts and help.

The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked for a large group, however there were some things that we were surprised to find at the nightly rate we paid. The house is 27 years old and some of the interior finishes are dated and it is showing its age. Some of the paint on the porch rails is peeling off, outdoor cushions are stained, the mirrors in the master bath are de-silvering, and some of the TV remotes didn’t have batteries. Our older guests in the downstairs bedroom had to use bedspreads from other rooms as extra blankets. The large stove was nice, but we couldn’t get the oven to light. The location and neighborhood is nice, the elevator was also a big plus as 3 of us are 80. Convenient to grocery and other shopping, and walkable to several restaurants. Plenty of room on the beach.

Incredible location

The beach access and set up was great! The house was nice and had plenty of room for the three families who vacationed with us. The only issues were with the ice maker in the kitchen fridge and the oven. Neither were working when we got there and we had to adapt our meal plans. Overall, the house was great and the property managers were very responsive.

Anniversary Paradise

Our family had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Destin as we celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary. The home was very convenient to the beach and community pool and was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back again!!

Nice home just a bit dated

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, well equipped kitchen and good location. The biggest downside was how dated it is. The furniture is very old, worn and dingy, especially in the main sitting area. Also if you like soft fluffy towels and more than one big your own. Towels were below average. Other than that it was a nice property.

So family oriented, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Appreciate the HOA rules, it keeps the community beautiful. Our house was beautiful, needed a few little things done but everyone had fun with new memories everyday.
