Now is the time to book your next getaway at our stunning 1 bedroom condo at the Island at Lake Travis, a luxury gated community on a 14-acre island in Lago Vista. Accommodations:

Our intimate 1 bedroom condo offers all the comforts of a 5-star hotel. The bedroom includes a comfortable Queen size bed. This condo offers an open floor plan and everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV. While the condo does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit, there are coin operated washer and dryers on the Island on the parking garage level.



Parking:

Your property includes 1 dedicated parking spot in the underground parking garage. There are elevators from the parking garage to the condo.



Nature Awaits:

Please note that this unit does not feature a balcony or direct lake views. To fully immerse yourself in the stunning lake and wildlife, you'll need to step outside the condo. Deer are frequently seen to walk through the Island.

Property was pretty outdated on the inside and in the description stated there was a balcony when there was only one window. Towards the end of the stay the ac unit stopped working which is understandable given the rain storm that happened but nothing was done to try and alleviate the morbid humidity. Also not sure who the cleaning company was but I would hire a new one. Location is great and great amenities just wish the interior was a bit more comfortable.

Beautiful Villa

If you want to have great scenery and beautiful views this place is for you! Had a wonderful time here and the property manager was extremely helpful. Highly recommend to stay here while visiting Austin Tx.

The staff was amazing and had the best interest of my family and I at the forefront of out conversations always. Room was clean. The views were great. The property had a ton of deer that were beautiful. Great all around experience.

July in TX, no AC, no refund

We arrived on a Friday evening to find the unit at 86 degrees. The AC system said it was on and running but we could not get the temperature to lower. We contacted every number available in the arrival binder and received no assistance that evening. By the time management reached out Saturday morning the AC appeared to be running fine. Saturday night, same story. The AC unit quit cooling in the middle of the night. Due to the fact there was a portable AC unit in the closet the management company offered us only a $20 refund despite us sweating both nights of our stay. We certainly didn't pay nearly $500 for a weekend getaway expecting to set up a portable AC unit when the listing description includes air conditioning as an included amenity. Overall, the Island on Lake Travis is a recommended destination but I would make sure I choose a different listing as there are many available AND I would make sure the management company is not iTrip Vacations Austin.

Beautiful location & wonderful condo!

Loved my stay at this condo! Wonderful attention to detail, like a complimentary bottle of wine and bathrobes. Walk out of the condo to a beautiful little courtyard and a few yards from one of the pools. View of the lake around this whole place is spectacular!

Dirty and poorly maintained property

Bathroom sink drain was totally blocked with dirty water running across the bathroom floor. The manager must have known of this condition because a bowl had been placed under the basin to collect the leaking water - that was overflowing when we arrived. Carpets dirty, window blinds inoperable, A/C ducts and filters choked up. Old and shabby towels provided for only one night and no spare sheets. Manager said we had to wash our own linen if we needed clean (and this was when we had originally booked a nine day stay). Manager uncooperative with drain repair and even had the extraordinary effrontery to charge a cleaning and VRBO fee when we had to check out after one night due to the units appalling condition. I am presently preparing a formal complaint to VRBO and my credit card company. I strongly advise against renting this unit and any other units operated by iTrip Vacations of Austin TX.

Perfect for a couples getaway

This property was exactly what we were looking for, a break from noisy city life. The lake, nature, and deer were refreshing. Gorgeous sunsets! The pools were relaxing. Great place to spend time with my husband.

Enjoyed very much. The only small inconvenience was that the hot water took 15 min to set in.

Very well kept place. It was conveniently located straight walk to beautiful pool over looking the Travis lake. If your looking to unwind from busy life style. This is the spot!

Clean, cute little place with easy access to the pool and parking. Room has a courtyard view, but there’s a great view of the lake from the pool area.

Romantic weekend

This condo is just as described in the listing and was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. The bed was ultra-comfortable and we loved the high-end linens and towels. The swimming pool was right across the courtyard, which was nice, and we did try the restaurant one of the nights (it was good). We enjoyed seeing the deer roam the grounds. iTrip Vacations was wonderful to work with - Heather was very responsive to our questions, and they left us a very thoughtful welcome gift.

Nice Studio condo

This condo offered all the comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Oasis. The condo was clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and it was the perfect space for our stay. The elevator and pool were directly across the courtyard from the condo, so easy access. iTrip Vacations was very responsive to our questions, and check-in was easy. Received codes 2 days prior to arrival so we were able to get in and go right up to our unit without having to speak with anyone.

Excellent Get-away

The property was excellent. Very cozy and perfect for a couple. All amenities worked - TV, kitchen, hot shower, confortable bed, relaxing living room. Location was perfect. The condo was clean. Very quiet and excellent peaceful views. Lots of deer around the area. Highly recommend for a quiet get away.
