The home was as described on the VRBO site. We all enjoyed the home. Everyone especially enjoyed their rooms. The kitchen, living and dining area well lit and spacious. Two issues: the trash and checking in at the gate. Both need significant improvement. One other thing some type of grab bar in the showers would be helpful.

There was trash in front of the house and it smelled the whole time. The trash was not picked up. That was the major downfall of my star. The WiFi could have been better.

The home was as described and accommodated our large family group. It was clean to our liking host was always ready to answer any questions we may have about the property. It was a family friendly neighborhood. You just have to pay attention to the HOA rules, specially with parking. If you are inch over the sidewalk, they will tow you. It also had amazing shopping / eating nearby a Walmart give or take five minutes away from the house location my family can’t stop talking about the awesome time we had at this house love love loved it

Very good location and very nice 12 bedroom house. Plenty of space. The WiFi was terrible. Could not get a lot of the tvs to connect to the WiFi. Needs better WiFi system. Also needs better pillows to sleep on. Those were the biggest two complains. Other than that. Good value for 12 people.

The host was great, very informative and answered promptly. There were a few things in the house that need a little attending to, for the most part the host is aware. I would rent again, very spacious and so many bathrooms more than what's listed. Also, my family loved the themed rooms especially the bunny room.

The game room with pool table didn’t have a working stick .The house didn’t have any internet, so every tv in the house didn’t work.Breaker box keep tripping causing 3 rooms to not have lights.We as a family didn’t felt safe there because of the electrical problems. The house needs someone to do regular maintenance if they are going to keep it on market for rent.We paid in advance 5 months ahead for 5 days .Started having problems with the electric the first night and couldn’t get in touch with the host by phone for three day. Only by text we were able to reach someone ,but they weren’t much help.

The property is looking really tired, the carpets are quite dirty and stained where liquid has been spilt previously. The furniture in the main living areas are worn. The games room had a pool table which has holes in the cloth and had a broken cue, the golf putting mat again had one small plastic ball with it and was not really any form of a game. The property has no alarm and no personal safe, rear patio doors did not lock explained this to owner who sent me details on how to lock them, I tried this way and with a slight pull - they opened although they were allegedly locked.For a 12 bedroomed property there was a lack of plates cups and cutlery to the point we bought some cups ourselves.

We loved that the house was pet friendly. There was more than enough space to accommodate 17 adults and six children however, there were several things that were listed in previous reviews that still had not been fixed. Such as, the sliding back door did not lock which was a safety concern. The safety gate around the pool was very hard to secure/latch. We were not able to use the projector TV upstairs in the sitting area. When we turned it on, there was inappropriate content in the tabs that the children could have accessed, thank goodness an adult found it before the children did. The house was surface clean, but the upstairs rugs could use a deep cleaning. Overall, the house could use a deep cleaning. It didn’t impact our vacation or experience, but it would’ve been more convenient if those things were taken care of. Something to keep in mind is, the instructions sent to you on the day of check-in. don’t necessarily match the community instructions. For example, they said that you could only have two cars however, most people had four cars just be careful not to block the sidewalk or let your tires touch grass. Your car WILL get towed. The overflow parking depending on where your rental is located is extremely far so someone will have to take on the role as an Uber to transport people back-and-forth to the overflow parking lot.
