Awesome Property

My family and I came to Orlando for a cruise and stayed three days in this wonderful property! It was close to all the locations we wanted to go Universal Studios mostly. Great delivery for food services. The property was gated. Had a great swimming pool for our grandkids would highly recommend this to anyone planning on going. The property owner was very, very easy to communicate with. Thanks again for everything.

Amazing home

Loved the area and convenience to everything . House was super nice we enjoyed the pool and having pool tots and stuff there on site was nice . Vet beautiful home . Only downside is the cleaners didn’t take the trash out of the bathroom upstairs and there was feminine products in the trash that looked and smelt like they might have been there for a bit. However we enjoyed the space the home has . Would definitely recommend this home !

The check in was so easy and the place was clean. They had coffee and pool was clean. I also liked that the door leading to the pool was impossible for a 4 year old to open it which made us feel safe. We had a great time. If I had to say something that could improve our stay it would be to provide better cookware, but we made do.

Excellent property for a family trip

We stayed for a family trip to check out a variety of things in the Orlando area, this home was perfectly located to provide easy access, and was well maintained. Host was very responsive and helpful. Our kids loved the pool and the community grounds were gorgeous as well.

Orlando Community Just OK.

Overall the property was ok. The comforters and pillows had stains and need to be replaced or washed. Molding in bathroom was brown and looks dirty. Wouldn't stay here again. Pool table needs to be thrown out, not worth using. Was pouring rain at checkout and would've been nice to open the garage and load the cars so as to not get soaked, but it has a pad lock. Not sure why??

this was all that we expected. The place was clean, well stocked with the essentials and in a quiet neighborhood. Water pressure in shower was perfect! Everyone really enjoyed the pool also. Thankyou for having us.

Snow Break

The Lake Berkeley Resort felt safe and offered 2 great pool areas, a gym, community charcoal BBQs, playgrounds and tennis courts. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 8. Pool area kept us cool and refreshed. Lots of towels. Good communication with the host leading up to our stay. Home could use a refresh and a deep clean. Plastic mattress cover on the king sized bed did not allow for restful sleep. Enough toilet paper, paper towels and soap for a couple of days; had to buy extra for our seven night stay. Convenient location. If you are looking for a decent spot as a jumping off spot for your Orlando activities this place fits the bill.

Overall nice property

Basically nice and convenient property. Jump to the cons: dated, ceiling fan in living room absolutely filthy. Two story house with 1 thermostat, upstairs hot and lower level cold. Ordered pool heated and couldn't get water above 70⁰ ( note: it was unusually cold during our stay. Owner was very responsive and refunded heating fees in full.) Even with just a 2 night stay we ran out of toilet paper. There wasn't even half a roll in each bathroom.We were only there for 2 nights before a cruise so it met our needs. I don't know that I would want to spend a week there but a shorter stay I would rent again.

Great time, BUT!

There were suspicious stains on black pillows in the master bedroom! Only 3 partial rolls (small) of toilet paper in the entire house. I had to go to Walmart the first night to get TP.Could not get remotes to work on Livingroom TV.

Although my family and I were unable to stay at this beautiful property due to Hurricane Milton, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional support we received from the host, Phillip. Throughout the entire process of trying to manage our situation, Phillip was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us. His communication was prompt, helpful, and reassuring, making a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We are genuinely grateful for his assistance and are looking forward to staying at this property in the future when circumstances allow. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this place and its wonderful host.

Muy amable el dueño o el encargado atento y servicial tube que buscar refugio por el huracán en su casa y gracias adiós el dueño era muy servicial y estaba en contacto todos los días para saber si todo estaba bien un abrazo y saludo cordial .. les recomiendo esta casa muy bonita y en muy excelente ubicación 100 de 100 gracias

Family Wedding in town

The house had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and pillows and extra blankets. We did end up buying 2 box fans for the 2 rooms without ceiling fans, in case person reading is a fan person like us. Also, the twin beds are upstairs in case that is important to a family. We LOVED the pool. They had some kid floaties and the temperature was perfect. It was also great to have tvs in all the rooms to have a quiet place to escape too. We would definitely rent again. keep kids downstairs.
