The house was great! Awesome location close to Main St. Butler. Check in and out was a breeze. The host ensured you had everything you need. Highly recommend!

Family reunion

We stayed here on a trip for a family reunion. Although we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, we felt comfortable while there. It was nice to cook breakfast and the kitchen was well-equipped. Although it is an old house, it is beautifully renovated inside. We enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was a breeze... apartment was well done and pleasing...Hardwood floors are beautiful... Sofa was a tad uncomfortable... Bed was comfortable... Really liked having car parked close to back door to carry in our stuff!!

Super nice apartment and responsive host.

This is a very nice apartment with a convenient parking spot right near the entrance. The apartment is set up with everything you could want. The owner is a very nice person who is very responsive and willing to be hands off or more engaged. Aside from some floor creaking from the people who are regular tenants upstairs, the place is super quiet. The apartment is very scent neutral and clean.

VERY CLEAN & COZY

The property owner was very responsive and I was extremely impressed with how clean and cozy this rental was. It had all of the neccessities needed and was a quiet neighborhood. The only complaint I have is the security light that shined in the bedroom window. Maybe the owner can add some curtains to that room to help those of us sleep who like a dark room. Thanks.

An excellent choice

I stayed in late May to early June 2022, for 12 days. The place is very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and responsive. You really have all you need: full kitchen (gas stove, full size fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine), bathroom with shower (clean, plenty of hot water), bedroom with nice sized bed, soft sheets, good pillows, plenty of linens (towels, washcloths, hand towels, wash rags, kitchen towels and rags), cleaning supplies (dish, hand, and laundry soaps), and washer and dryer in basement work well too. The living room has the sectional couch and a large tv. I was very happy to have reserved here and I would stay again if in the area.

Was a great stay. We were centrally located for all activities and walking distance for some. Everything was very nice and clean. Owners very nice and accommodating. We had trouble getting the tv to stream with our services but really didn't have time to watch the tv anyhow so that was no big deal. Biggest issue we had was the pricing listed on the VRBO site was extremely lower than the actual cost of the accommodations. Owner said VRBO had not updated the site as requested. We made reservation, I believe in January as of the day of our arrival it still had not been updated. We would recommend the location and would stay here again. Thank you so much.

This is a clean and comfortable rental. The kitchen is fully equipped. Off street parking allows unloading directly to the back porch, so you don't have to carry anything up or down steps. This unit is a few minute walk to the center of town and you can walk for recreation as long as you want right out the door. We will definitely be back!

Nice weekend getaway

Perfect for a last minute weekend trip to Butler to visit family. Easily walked to downtown restaurants and shops and LOVED the off street parking and back porch for outside hangs. Apartment is large, spacious and clean. Appreciated the central air, works great! One thing to note, if you’re a light sleeper (like me) you might hear the upstairs tenant from time-to-time. Other than that, it was perfect!

Everything to Dislike About a Motel is MISSING!!

My husband and I came to Butler to visit our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. Usually we stay at a motel, but we decided to take a chance on this apartment. How glad we are that we did! Everything we dislike about motels was missing! Instead of carrying luggage into elevators and down an endless hallway, it was only five short steps from car to porch to door. Nor did we have to worry about forgetting a card key, because the door had a coded lock with a simple number. There were no noisy neighbors to keep us up all night or to awaken us in the early dawn. Actually, we were the noisy ones with an energetic three year old and a fussy newborn! But there was no one around to complain about us! Nor were we kept up all night by an uncontrollable and noisy heating/cooling system making the polyester comforter drafty one minute and causing it to sweat the next minute! The temperature was consistent, in our control, and relatively quiet. In the morning, there was no diabetic's nightmare breakfast awaiting us in a lobby with a blaring ten foot TV screen repeating the same news every 15 minutes. Instead, we enjoyed peace and quiet while we drank coffee and decided whether to walk less than half a mile into town for breakfast or to cook the groceries we bought less than 2 miles away. After all, we had the use of a fully-equipped, full-sized kitchen. Maureen and her husband (who came to our assistance before we'd even noticed the responding text message!) made our stay pleasant and comfortable in every way. We've already decided that the next time we're considering when to come to Butler to visit our daughter and her family, we'll first check the availability of this cozy little apartment!

Wonderful

Maureen was so considerate and checked with us regularly to see if we made it safely as we were traveling during a snowstorm and to ask if we needed anything. The apartment was so nice and felt like home. Bed was very comfortable

Butler Apartment

I was able to book this property very last minute. The host was very accommodating and replied quickly to my calls and texts. The apartment is located just blocks from downtown Butler and several cute parks. I was able to buy groceries in town and prepare all my meals in the apartment. Will definitely book again next time I am in the area.

Great Place

We spent a week here and truly enjoyed our stay. We found the house just as advertised with everything we needed for the week. It was quiet and peaceful and centrally located near the Main Street of Butler. Our host was generous, thoughtful and kind. Thanks for a great stay.

We realized that besides hotels there were not many furnished apartments in the area. We know we enjoy staying in condos and timeshares when we travel. We like to have a kitchen and living room to use. So here we are offering just that in the small town of Butler.
