Step inside a space where natural light fills every corner, and each room connects seamlessly to the outdoors. Large windows frame leafy views, while open layouts create a sense of ease as you move from the living areas to the private backyard. Whether you start your day with coffee on the patio or walk through the historic tree lined streets, the home is designed for comfort and connection.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms provide space for rest and retreat.

Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, air conditioning, clothing storage, and bed linens.

Bedroom 2 also offers a king bed along with a dedicated workspace and shelves lined with books and reading material.

Bedroom 3 features two double beds with extra pillows and blankets, plus access to air conditioning and heating. NOTE: This bedroom can ONLY be accessed via the master bedroom. The setup is technically a study/office that has been furnished with 2 full size beds. The room is private and shares a patio with the master bedroom. Please refer to photos and do not hesitate to reach out with questions.

Bedroom 4: On the lower level (stairs down from main level) you will find an efficiency fully furnished with a Queen bed, full bath with walk in shower, living area with queen pull out sofa (bed #5) and a full kitchen. Accompanied by 2 sliding doors- the natural light and access to the lower patio make this a room to fight over!


Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms serve the home, equipped with essentials such as towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. One bathroom includes a bathtub, while all provide hot water, hair dryer, and shower gel. Ample counter space and mirrors make daily routines simple.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave are complemented by cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Smaller touches such as a toaster, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and wine glasses ensure convenience. Guests will also find a mini fridge, trash compactor, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils. A dining table sits nearby, creating a natural place to gather.

Living spaces
Two living areas invite you to relax, each with comfortable seating and a TV. Board games and books add entertainment options, while the open concept design connects these spaces to the kitchen and dining areas. A comfy sofa, ceiling fans, and air conditioning contribute to an easygoing stay.

Outdoor living
Step out to the private backyard, fully fenced and furnished with outdoor seating and a dining area. A BBQ grill makes outdoor cooking simple. The private patio and balcony add more space to enjoy the fresh air.

Family-friendly features
Families will appreciate the pack ’n play/travel crib provided with sheets, along with extra pillows, blankets, and board games. Essentials like washer, dryer, and ironing equipment help longer stays feel seamless.

Safety and services
The property is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are also present. Housekeeping is available daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at an extra cost, and long term stays are welcome. Pets are allowed, making this a pet-friendly stay.

High speed wifi supports remote work, with a dedicated workspace available for focus. Free parking on premises and additional free street parking make arrivals easy. A private entrance ensures privacy throughout your stay, while a nearby laundromat adds convenience for extended visits.
