If you have a larger group looking to stay in Austin, I couldn't recommend this house more! The location is exceptional between easy highway access, easy downtown travel and walkability. We had a wonderful stay. Brendan and Aurora were fantastic hosts and available for anything we needed. We attended that SXSW EDU conference so it was an easy Uber to the convention center, but a nice ways a way from the bustle of downtown. Lots of great food and coffee walkable from the house. Wonderful location and fantastic house for large groups.

We had a fantastic stay for 13 adult males. The house was big, easily slept us comfortably, and the back yard provides tons of activities. The location is perfect for Austin as it’s only a mile from the nightlife. The host is extremely responsive and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the house. The sound system was also a big hit. I would recommend this house to any large group.

Why they chose this property

Location and Space. We chose this lot because it was twice the size as a normal downtown city lot. It is close to it all with luxury and ambience that exceeds all expectations. Walk to UT baseball, Football, soccer and Basketball Games. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. approx 1/2 a mile to famous 6th street. close to Zilker park for Austin City limits festival and close to Circuit of the Americas for all racing enthusiasts.

What makes this property unique

The architect designed this spacious home in 2007 with over 4,000 sq ft to give all the modern benefits but fit in with the bungalow feel of the neighborhood. With a state of the art brand new Hallman stove, 100% Brazilian hardwood floors, Minka Aire Fans, a Steam shower or a relaxing bath in our large tub with views of the Capitol you are sure to enjoy the modern convenience and luxury of our home. Step outside to our two putting greens, Washer pits, bocci ball, and a fire pit for those cool nights.

Additionally, as owner/operator of the property, l play very close attention to all the newest and best restaurants as well as city attractions that Austin has to offer. As owners of Capital Villa we pride ourselves on meticulous detail of the house and a premium guest experience. Please ask me about the additional services we can arrange for your stay, from Breakfast Tacos/Bloody Mary's delivered, stocking the fridge before arrival, as well as Golf Course recommendations and making tee times.
