About this property

Comfortable family-friendly villa. Own garden and pool. WiFi.

Located in a corner, with a garden (700 sqm) all around the house and with a private swiming pool (available from May to October) surrounded by a fence to prevent children's falling. A big terrace oriented to the East and over the lawn and trees is the best for summer afternoons and winter breakfast. Another terrace in the main entrance and oriented to the west is great to have breakfast in summer over more lawn and palm-trees. The barbecue close to the pool is perfect to organise parties with friends.
The villa is decorated in the traditional Spanish style with dark wood furniture , wooden 'casetones' doors and wooden blinds. It has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Bathrooms have been recently restored.
The villa is equipped with heating and chimney to be used in winter and air conditioning for summer. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The villa is well prepared for children.

Social Club: 100 meters from the villa there are a 'social club' with 4 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, a big swimming pool and a small swimming pool for children (pools available from June to September), playground, cafeteria and free internet access. Free entrance if you are staying in the villa.

There are some useful services very near my villa: a 24 hours open shop and bakery just around the corner, a One Michellin Star at 2 minutes walking (called 'Casa Alfonso'), and one of the best restaurants specialised in paellas in terms of quality/price at 3 minutes walking.

Ideal für Fans von Campoamor

Nach 20 Jahren ging es zurück nach Dehesa de Campoamor, wo wir im Alter von 13 bis 42 jährlich waren. Viel hat sich nicht verändert, es bleibt eine Oase der sommerlichen Entspannung ohen Trubel und mit zwei wunderbaren Stränden. Das Haus von Pilar ist so alt wie unsere Erinnerungen, typisch Campoamor, aber auf dem Stadt der Zeit mit ebenerdiger Dusche und moderner Küche. Viel Platz für bis zu acht Erwachsene, schöner Garten mit Pool, alles da, was man braucht. Wer wie wir ohne Auto da ist, muss natürlich Wege machen. zum Supermarkt sind es zehn Minuten, zum Strand gut 15 bis 20. In der Mittagssonne nicht immer angenehm, aber man freut sich dann auf den Pool. Eine tolle Erfahrung, wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Why they chose this property

This property belongs to my family for years and years. My father was one of the founders of Campoamor's Marina and I have been going to Campoamor for holidays during all my life. I love this place and I want to share it with families travelling for holidays. I am sure they will also feel at heaven in my villa

What makes this property unique

My family spent afternoons and afternoons in the terrace looking at the lawn and the pool. The fresh air always comes and goes in this terrace. At night you see the stars from there.
And we needed a big house in order to host my big family coming from other areas of Spain (Madrid, North, South). All of them have very good memories of summers spent in my villa
