Niovi Seaside Suite is a brand new 2017 luxurious suite 30 kilometers west of Chania, 4 kilometers East of Kissamos in the middle of the bay a few steps from the sea. The location is ideal for someone to visit the world-famous beaches of Balos, Falarsana and Elafonissos. The property is next to the sea. The outdoor area has a pool, barbecue, a private parking and garden with flowers and grass lawn.
The suite is in the first floor. Has an area of 50 sq.m with magnificent view. Ιncludes a living room with sofa that becomes a double bed, one bedroom with king bed, one bathroom and large verandas with great view to the sea and to the mountain. Can accommodate 2 + 2 persons.
The suite has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and as well an air-condition in each room.
