Ideal as a starting point for all other attractions of western Crete. Dining room 19.5 sq m. with fully equipped fitted kitchen, with 42'' LCD TV, wired & wireless high-speed internet. Large bedroom 12.1 sq m. with 1 double bed 160x200 cm. Medium room 8.6 sq m. with single bed 90x200 cm. Small room with stairs above the toilet 4.8 sq m. with semi-double bed 110x200 cm. Toilet 4.8 sq m. with shower column & washing machine. Just a few meters away from Mavro Molos beach and a few kilometers away from the famous Falasarna beach, the apartment offers a comfortable stay for a family of 4! It is fully equipped with everything you need, it also provides a comfortable terrace with garden, swimming pool, barbecue, for your summer afternoons, private parking and free Wi-Fi.

I am Kyriakos, I was born and live in Kissamos, I have studied Mechanical Engineering in Technological Education. I have been running a photography shop for the last 20 years behind the apartment. With love, taste and elegance I created a tourist apartment complex with a beautiful swimming pool for tourist concentrators and i try to make sure they have the most beautiful experiences when they leave here.

amemnonos 7 is a side street of a quiet neighborhood below the main road leading to Falasarna and Balos, with little traffic, low houses where mainly families live, with shops, my photo studio, car repair shop, body shop, 2 supermarkets, body care institute, bakery, cafeteria, butcher, pastry shop, gift shop, bus station, car rental office, Chinese shop etc. and a few small hotels further down towards the sea. At 200 meters is the sea and next to it is a sports complex with tennis court, basketball court and outdoor fitness equipment, while at 40 meters there is a playground.
The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. You come by bus from Souda port or from the airport to Chania station and change buses to Kissamos. Cost about 9 euros. At the Kissamos terminal you will walk 70 meters to the apartment. It is not necessary to use any means of transport within the city. Everything is close!

The complex consists of 5 tourist apartments separated by the pool and parking. A small neighborhood! The parking is private. The pool is canal-shaped with a small bridge & sunbeds next to a garden with barbecue. I live with my family in the same building complex and work in my photo studio and am available anytime you ask. You will feel comfortable & family-like!
