Thank you very much for your comment. We have been very flexible with our properties, but unfortunately, this has caused us many problems, which is why we have tightened the rules. If you had written to us or called us, it would have been authorized, of course, because you are responsible adults. Much to our regret, guests often lie about their age or have other people book the property, leading to parties, problems with the police and neighbors, etc. Please, when you plan another trip, our house will be available for you, and you can certainly have family meals without any problem. We will always give you a 10% discount on your next stay with us.

The rules for our properties are strict and non-negotiable; we do not allow parties—which is undoubtedly what upset this guest, as I had informed them of this when they asked. The guest paid for the entire accommodation, including a large yard, and the house is exactly as shown in the photos. The toilet was fixed immediately, and the house is well-equipped, featuring eight chairs and a very spacious living area; the bunk beds are perfectly suitable for our guests. Without a doubt, what negatively affected their stay was our refusal to allow parties. Thank you, and we hope you find another property in Charleston that better suits your needs.
