We had a pleasant stay at this dog-friendly waterfront home for New Year’s. The location is peaceful and the private dock was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing mornings and beautiful sunsets. Having a washer/dryer and a designated work station made the stay very convenient for our family. The property was VERY clean on arrival and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. Our dog felt very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe for walks. A couple of small notes: the third bedroom has a bunk bed, which may not be ideal for older guests, and they just have american coffee machine of capsules. Aside from that, everything was functional and as described. The view from the house is amazing. Overall, a comfortable home for a family getaway with pets, great outdoor space, and a lovely waterfront atmosphere. We would stay here again. We drove to St Augustine to spend time with our family and the rout is incredible.
