The home features 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room, 3 full bathrooms, and a fun game room with ping pong, foosball, and Ms. Pac-Man. Unwind in the upper-deck hot tub, grill on the gas BBQ, or gather around the fire pit. Enjoy movie nights with a 77” OLED TV w/ surround sound and an additional 65” OLED TV. Dog-friendly (dogs only). Come to play, relax and reconnect!

Why they chose this property

It is a beautiful neighborhood with a community pool and tennis/pickleball court. Right on the Sandy river, close to great restaurants and all the fun Mt. Hood has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The layout is awesome. Lots of space, big kitchen, big yard with a hot tub and firepit. Living room is large yet cozy. There are 3 fireplaces inside. We remodelled the home last year and the bathrooms are epic.
