UTILITIES:
An allowance of $450 per month is given. This should be adequate for daily needs including reasonable use of heating and air conditioning and occasional heating of the spa.
POOL HEAT: Is not included. If guests wish to heat the pool an additional pool heat deposit will be charged and actual pool heat costs deducted with the balance refunded (or charged). Please advise at time of booking or prior to check in if you intend to heat the pool.
CHILDREN: Children are allowed but please have a discussion with the Property Manager prior to booking. We accept no liability for children in and around the pool.
