There are 2 bedrooms each with built in robes.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed and Bedroom 2 has a Triple bunk (double bottom, single top)

Cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy a BBQ in your own private yard.
The backyard is fully fenced and also contains an outdoor shower great after a day at the beach, an outdoor setting and clothesline.

Enjoy a glass of wine or a meal on the front deck soaking in the water view.
There is parking for 1 car right at the door and ample street parking directly out the front.

There is a combination laundry bathroom with a shower, separate toilet and washing machine.

Linen: All beds have blankets, comforters and mattress and pillow protectors. However you must bring top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels for each guest.
Linen can be supplied at an extra cost on request.
