The house was very clean and orderly. Check-in and Check-out instructions were accurate and timely. The host was very hospitable and easy to contact when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, upgraded (new construction), and in a great location. More importantly, the property manager/owner (George) was incredibly attentive, responsive, and profession, We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Iowa.

Fit our family perfectly! Very nice backyard area…might want to pack some chairs for the deck/patio. Kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were very comfortable. Very clean and the host was great to work with!

This is a beautiful home! Home was very clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house has a big garage to park in, which was so nice! The back yard is big and has a nice porch with a grill for cooking. George was very easy to communicate with. He made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible! I highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay again our next time in the area!

Incredibly clean and welcoming property. While our stay was very short, it was easy to come right in and get settled, as we had everything we needed and felt comfortable. I especially appreciated the spacious and bright bathrooms! Made getting our daughter ready for the dance competition we were there for go smoothly in the morning. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays!

This was the perfect spot to stay for a visit to our relatives in Urbandale. It was minutes away from their home which made it super convenient. The home was very clean and cozy. The owner was great with communication and made our stay easy. We will definitely rent here again next time we visit Urbandale!

The house was wonderful and exactly as described. George was extremely responsive and proactive with communication, which made everything easy from start to finish. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book here again.

My family of 4 traveled to Des Moines for a sporting event at Drake. This property was perfect! Well stocked kitchen, spacious, clean and comfortable (and a gaming system for the kids!) George had great communication and easy in and out. Perfect for our needs.

Our stay at this property was superb! Still had the “new house” smell and everything was very clean! Something that wasn’t pictured and was a really fun surprise was a wonderful soaker tub with jets! Such a nice way to relax!! We will definitely look to stay at this property the next time we are in Des Moines!
