This house was absolutely perfect for six college friends who took a girls trip to Charleston! The beautiful screened in deck was so peaceful for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Amenities like towels, shampoo, soap; coffee makers and kitchenware; and furniture were all wonderful. It is a gated community so it is very safe as well. It’s about 30 minutes into Charleston and 10 minutes to wonderful restaurants and Sullivan’s Island. If you are looking for that ideal girls trip home, look no further.

Morning coffee and evening cocktails on that screened deck, the girls’ trip found its rhythm! Glad the gated setting and quick runs to Sullivan’s Island made everything easy for all six of you. We’d love to host the reunion encore!

The beach is across the street but a distance to walk. Pool was nice in the community but needed a cleaning. House was great for our family with the amount of room. If you don’t like steps this isn’t the house for you.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We liked the location given we had fairly easy access to walk the beach. If you are traveling to Charleston or other islands it’s a bit of a trek but manageable. The house itself was adequate. The best part is the kitchen area is fantastic and has everything. The living room and TV area has plenty of seating. Please note that to get to upper bedrooms there are lots of stairs, may not be for everyone. Bedrooms and baths are decent but certain parts of the house have been updated and others still need updates like a couple of the bathroom/showers. There were some drainage and water pressure issues I wouldn’t expect in a high end rental. Overall we liked the house, location and thoroughness of the rental company.

We were only in town for a few nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. The beach and views were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the golfers while sunning at the pool. We will certainly be back for a longer visit.

The house was amazing and gorgeously decorated. There was plenty of seating and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The screened in porch was the highlight of the trip and I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was very clean and more than we hoped for!!

Great vacation house and location! Beautifully decorated and made us feel at home. The layout was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our family meals, we only ate out once. All of the beds were very comfortable, with the bonus of the master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced, a select comfort bed! A pathway to the beach, located between the links golf course hole 17 and 18, was right across the street and made our daily dash to the beach super easy and convenient. We look forward to coming back next year. The Avant management was fantastic and we never had an issue.

We had 6 adults and a baby and the house was perfect! We could walk to the beach each morning for sunrise and drive to the pool in one minute. We cooked breakfast each morning and the kitchen was so well stocked with a coffee pot, Kuerig and a Nespresso!!! Plenty of pots and pans and dishes for all of us plus some spices and oils. We rented the wagon, chairs, tent and cooler and would pack our lunches most days and take with us. The family room was cozy with plenty of seating for all of us and allowed us to sit around talking or watching tv after dinner. They have a great stock of games and puzzles and a large dining or patio table for eating but it was too hot to eat outside in August. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so comfortable and the air conditioner worked great even on the top floor master suite. Each room had a lovely little fan for sound and overhead fans for air flow as well. The toiletries were small hotel size and not enough for a week’s stay so bring your own. We even did laundry once which was nice. We found so many incredible restaurants for dinners and loved the food choices all around. We spent a day in Charleston, did the Cypress Gardens boat tour (The Notebook movie), and a plantation tour which were all great adventures. The house is very safe and private but know that comes with a bit of a drive off the island at a slow speed to go places. If we needed anything or had questions, response was immediate! Hope you enjoy the house too!!!

Sunrise beach walks before breakfast for seven sounds like the perfect vacation rhythm, and clearly that kitchen with its three coffee options was ready for the job! We love that the home worked for every part of your days, from packed lunch adventures to cozy evenings with games and conversation. Your Charleston and Cypress Gardens outings sound wonderful, and thanks for the practical tip about toiletries for longer stays. This house was perfect for what we were looking for and we are definitely planning to rent it again. The location was excellent - quick walk to the pool and to the beach and to the links. The beach area was just right for our family; we have two small children and the beach area provided plenty of sand and safe wading. We were concerned about being close to the inlet but our fears were unfounded. Had we had teenagers who wanted more large surf, they might have been disappointed. The sunrise views from the upper level were beautiful. We spent all of our spare time on the screen porch watching turtles, alligators, egrets, and golfers and spent very little time in front of the multiple TVs. The kitchen was a little smaller than we anticipated for a house of this size, but it was exceptionally well-equipped and we had no complaints about it. The bathrooms were large and the showers and tubs spacious.
