This ground floor condominium has recently been renovated, transforming it into a modern and welcoming vacation rental, ideal for couples, singles, or small families looking for a year-round mountain getaway at Granby Ranch or in the nearby areas, which provide a variety of activities and events to enjoy.
The open floor plan showcases hardwood flooring throughout and offers stunning views of the mountains. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, and countertops, including a breakfast bar that accommodates up to four guests, making it an excellent spot for a quick meal before heading outside to enjoy the surroundings.
The main living area features a queen murphy bed that can be easily folded up during the day, creating a more spacious atmosphere in the room while providing a comfortable place for a restful nightâs sleep. The modern furnishings are arranged for maximum comfort, surrounding the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen television. At the far end of this space, there is an additional alcove with a table and bench seating, perfect for dining, playing games, or taking in the breathtaking mountain view. Furthermore, guests have access to a small private patio from this room.
The accommodation includes one full bathroom equipped with a tiled shower and a spa-inspired farmhouse sink. Additional in-room amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi access and cable television.
This fully furnished unit, located next to the owner's lift at Granby Ranch, providing the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access and is situated within Building 4 of Summit at Silvercreek, Granby.
