It's a great property for a family or group. It would be nice if the host would provide coffee but it's expensive. Remember to pack some if you need it. There's a nice coffee shop about 10 minutes up the road called Tallulah 1882. Also a well hidden vineyard/winery called Terra Incognita up in the hills.
