Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price.

Poollandachaft größer als zu erwarten nach den Bildern im Internet. Sehr nettes und authentisches Personal. Familienorientiert. Genug Liegen am Pool. Nie warten bei Frühstück oder Abendessen! Gute Auswahl. Abends ab 23 Uhr absolut ruhig! 8 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand/Meer (traumhaft!) Der Markt am Freitag im Hafen ist empfehlenswert, nicht so groß wie der in Alcudia, aber längst auch nicht so überlaufen. Wir machen selten zweimal den gleichen Urlaub, aber hierher würden wir (2 Erwachsene. 2 Teenager) gern wieder kommen!

Magnífico Hotel, con una calidad, servicio y trato exquisito, pero lo que sin duda lo hace especial es el equipo humano que te hacen sentir como en casa. Mención especial a Tomeu de recepción por la amable acogida cuando llegamos y también a la responsable del bar exterior Helen , pero solo por nombrar a dos, ya que todos forman un equipo estupendo.

Zeer kindvriendelijk hotel, maar ook zonder kinderen genoeg te beleven. Mooi en schoon onderhouden park met leuke animatie. Wij waren voor het eerst en komen zeker terug. All in concept vonden wij een aanrader!!

The rooms could do with a re-furb. The maid service was very disappointing. They made the beds at best but getting clean towels etc was a struggle. Lots of rubbish around the pool area, lack of sun beds. People were having to take turns sitting on them from very early hours to reserve them.

Super dejligt hotel - 10 min. gang til stranden

Vi fik et rum med tekøkken, stue og soveværelse til 2 voksne og 2 børn. Rummet var pænt i størrelse og daglig rengøring, som bare var i orden. Vi havde udsigt ud mod vejen og det var helt ok. Hotelområdet er velholdt og pænt stort med et okay poolområde (dybder fra 60 cm - 120 cm). Der var også et separat lækkert poolområde kun for +18, såfremt man ikke har børn med (dybde 150 cm). Kan iøvrigt tilføje, at der går 2-3 livreddere rundt hele tiden og holder øje med ungerne - det gir en ekstra tryghed, hvis man har små børn med. Eneste minus er priserne i "poolbaren" - synes godt nok lige at prisen for et "lille bitte" glas cola var alt for dyrt - de påstod så at det var en stor Cola og ikke en lille... :-) og sandwichen var ikke noget at skrive hjem om. Men det gør man så kun 1 gang. Det er bedre at tage en pause fra poolen og spis i byen eller på værelset til frokost. Men ellers et super dejligt sted, som ligger meget tæt på stranden. Kan klart anbefales hvis man har børn op til 10-12 års alderen. Der er boldbane, billard, bordtennis mv. og der laves aktiviteter hver dag for børnene - både i vandet og på selve området.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Erg uitgebreid animatieprogramma. Zeer goede all inclusive (tevens uitgebreid assortiment aan drankjes all in). Vlees en vis was iets minder lekker bij avondeten, niet echt mals. De rest van het eten was goed en uitgebreid. Met name zeer lekkere maaltijdsalades bij poolbar. Nadeel: airco in gebouw 4 was kapot waardoor we na aankomst en uitpakken van alle spullen alsnog moesten verhuizen naar ander gebouw. Daar was in onze kamer ook de airco op laatste avond kapot en kregen we twee ventilatoren. Alles wordt wel snel en vriendelijk opgepakt als er een probleem is.

Our room was infested with bugs for the first three nights. On the third night, the bugs attacked three of our four kids. Our two-year old had trouble sleeping because of the massive welts on her legs. We provided the hotel with photos and videos -- of the bugs and the kids. And yet the hotel has not yet honored our request for a partial refund of $500-plus we paid each night. This is totally unacceptable to us and I would hope it's unacceptable to Expedia, which is how we found and booked our trip.

Buen hotel para familias

Hotel para familias, habitaciones muy amplias con cocina y habitacion de matrimonio separada. Con zonas para pasear jardin , piscinas infantiles, zona de juegos , zona de relax, spa , cafeteria. Trato del personal agradable. Eso si horarios adaptados a los extranjeros. Españoles solo nosotros.
