About this property

Paradise Lakefront w/optional Boat Rental

We are located in the beautiful gated community of Hot Springs Village in Arkansas. Hot Springs Village is 26,000 acres of lakes, golf courses, planned hiking and biking trails, and gorgeous mountain scenery. Just an hour from Little Rock, this beautifully decorated home sits on a private spring-fed lake. You will not want to leave the house, but if you do decide to venture out there are plenty of restaurants, trails, and amenities. Just 30 minutes down the road is historic Hot Springs, AR.

This home is a gorgeous two story home with over 3,100 square feet on the private spring-fed lake Cortez. We are located in the gated community of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. The home is four bedrooms (the Master upstairs at the entry level - A king sized bed) and the other three bedrooms downstairs. The downstairs bedrooms are: The Murphy Bedroom (a queen size Murphy Bed), the Red Room (A queen size bedroom that connects to the downstairs deck), the Bunk Room (a twin bed over full), and the Futon Room (It`s a den connecting the Red and Murphy rooms, but it can be closed off, and used as a bedroom if needed -so that would actually make five rooms if needed (this bed is a full bed). We also have a pull out couch in the upstairs Arkansas Room (Sun Room off the kitchen).

We have two decks that over look the lake. The top deck has a Blackstone gas grill and seating for your entire group. This deck is off the main den and dining areas. The bottom deck has a cedar porch swing to enjoy the views (this deck is off the Red Room).

We provide a pontoon boat you can rent for your stay on the lake. The boat is parked at our house, so your access is constant. We have a nice boat dock you can sit at (on our dock swing), you can swim off (we have a ladder with access to the water), and where you can enjoy the beautiful views. We also have a FREE two person Tandem Kayak you can use. The lake is private, and most days, you`ll be the only one out there.

You will have the entire house, so enjoy the peace, serenity, and beautiful views. The home is peaceful, quiet, and well furnished. We provide most things you will need to cook if you choose to do so.

We are always available. You will have access to the owners and our co-host Robert who lives in the Village.

Quiet, gated, and peaceful neighborhood. This is a private community, surrounded by hills, trees, and lakes.
- A quiet location great for friends and family. This is a nice home, so if you are looking for a party location, this would not be it :)

This house is perfect for a large group as there are many different levels and things to do. The whole garage is set up as a game room and there is a larger outdoor deck on the upper level with beautiful views of the lake. There is also a really nice boat on site and your private dock if you want to rent it. The house is very spacious with comfortable beds and nice linens. I would recommend.

Great place to stay

I brought 7 of my buddies along for a golf trip and the house was perfect for us. A couple of guys slept on couches which was fine for us but everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again.

The views are amazing. The house was perfect for three generations. The boat is fantastic, we tubed everyday. The hosts and owners were so nice and communicated with us if we had any questions. This is big enough for everyone to spread out or come all together. The house has everything you need, there is no reason to bring anything other than yourselves. We loved it!

Perfect Lake Vacay

We were looking for the traditional family lake vacation and we got exactly that. The house was even better in person than the online pictures. The house and property were very well stocked and left no little detail for their guests undone. The ice machine was a huge plus! Very clean. Communication with the owner and property manager 10/10. Very responsive and friendly. We also rented the boat for the week and had a blast! Excellent add on amenity that made the vacation. Lake Cortez is perfect for water sports and swimming. We would love to visit again! Thank you for a great vacation!

The lake house offered a master suite with full bath on the ground floor and three other bedrooms with one bath downstairs. The house was roomy with great AC for the hot July week and wonderful water pressure for showers. Communication was easy and efficient. We rented the boat but only used it for one day since most days we were touring away from the house. My only suggestion for a better stay is that the kitchen needs a good cleaning especially in cabinets and drawers. Some of the cookware needs to be thrown out. However, I would recommend the lake house and would consider renting it again.

Our group had the best stay! The house is inaccurate, Wi-Fi strong, a/c is set on the perfect temp. We had 4 sets of married couples that stayed in the home. We had enough room to be together when we wanted and enough room to be apart from each other. The kitchen has ever gadget that we needed even the glasses needed to make drinks ;). We had great communication with Mark. He answered every question we had and is very gracious to new visitors from MO to HSV. There is a Walmart about 20 mins from the house just outside the west gate. There is a DG just about 7 mins from the home on the east gate side. Will defiantly recommend this host and home to EVERYONE!Thanks for the great memories! Short bus gang.

Always A Pleasure

We only book this listing when traveling to hot springs! The boat is a BIG plus, we love to boat and fish! Cortez is one of the quieter lakes, we like that! Host is great, and very accommodating, they allow us to bring our small dog.

Family Fun

I booked this house for a family trip and we had plenty of room and things to do without even leaving the house. The views are beautiful. We rented the boat, we went kayaking, we swam right there by the dock and we fished. My grandkids would play ping pong in the evening. The kitchen was great to cook in and the Blackstone on the deck made great burgers. Great communication with Mark, the host. I would say if you plan on using the couch bed in the Arkansas room for a sleeping option, it's not very good, some spring are broken. All in all the house was great and our visit was great.

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful home on the lake, quiet neighborhood. It exceeded our expectations. Would be perfect for a family reunion, or a family trip with older children as the downstairs area is its own apartment.
