Unwind at this rustic themed Deluxe newly renovated chalet, featuring high end finishes.

Perfect for a Large group, Family reunion, Graduation, Corporate retreat, Quinceanera, etc. Picnic area gazebo that seats 50 people.

The Chalet will comfortably sleep 16, on 7 beds, and 2 Queen sofa-beds.

Located on 50 acres of trees, and open fields.
The cabin sits on a hill with a view of the Fern Ridge Reservoir in the distance, and not a single other house in sight.

Beautiful, open kitchen with a "Unique/ Far out" natural stone (see photos) waterfall countertop, a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Built in wine/ beverage cooler.

A huge dining room table that seats 12! add a bench or two and seat 12+.
Or take the leaf out of the dining room table, stow it internally for a more intimate dining room set up.

With 2 separate primary bedrooms (main floor, no steps or stairs to navigate if you enter the house through the garage, 3 steps through the front door), each include a separate en- suite, with King beds.
Each Primary bedroom has a mounted 55" TV.


Upstairs is a third bedroom with a King bed.
Also, upstairs is a Bunk Room for Kids or Adults!



This phenomenal retreat offers a comfortable stay for all guests. Enjoy the convenience of 3.5 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, bathtub, and "Rain or wand" shower heads.

I enjoy renovating houses and when the opportunity to renovate this family chalet/ cabin became available I jumped at the opportunity.
The two adjacent properties have been in my family since 1966 and are very special to me!

The two adjacent properties have been in my family since 1966.
The chalet sits up on a hill overlooking one hundred-year-old Douglas fir trees and grass fields with a view of the Fern ridge reservoir in the distance.
There aren't any other houses visible which gives you a feeling of peace and tranquility.
