Welcome to Puppy Breath! This lovely wooded lot with a view features 2 queen bedrooms, a cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and all the basic amenities you could need. The house is a cozy and quiet place to relax at but also within 30 minutes of several major attractions; Ocoee White Water Center, Blue Ridge downtown, Murphy downtown, Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino, Copperhill (McCaysville) downtown, Nantahala Outdoor Center and numerous hiking and biking trails.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Trash: Daily trash can by the counter, when / if full please take bag to the outside trash can by the patio.
Recycling - Cardboard, glass and aluminum: Black containers in the cabinet under the thermostat. When / if full please dump into the outside recycling can by the patio (looks same as trash can).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets - Must provide proof current DAP/DHPP and Rabie vaccines. We foster puppies regularly we so need to keep the space safe for them.
Water: Main shutoff is at the entrance of the driveway (uphill side) if needed.
Thermostat: Standard thermostat controls on the wall in the kitchen, adjust however you need.

Overall good experience. First time rental house so a few things were still in the works. Owner communication was good. Beautiful view and a private location. Always grateful for allowing our dog to vacation with us. Thank you.
