Once owned by a local artist, the home features handcrafted décor, warm custom woodwork, and a massive 2,000 sq ft wraparound deck with sweeping views of the La Plata Mountains.
At the heart of the home is an incredible chef’s kitchen made for cooking and conversation. With expansive prep space, double ovens, generous seating, and multiple dining areas, it’s the kind of kitchen where everyone naturally gathers — sharing meals, pouring drinks, and lingering long after dinner. A separate bar area with its own sink and additional refrigerator makes entertaining easy for larger groups, holiday meals, and special occasions.
Large windows and an open layout fill the home with natural light and mountain views, creating inviting spaces to relax throughout the day. Step outside onto the expansive deck for morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, or unforgettable sunset dinners overlooking the mountains. With so much outdoor space, it’s the perfect setting for long conversations, fresh mountain air, and peaceful evenings under the stars.
