This 30a beach house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds (twin over full), and 1 queen bed - and large living/dining/kitchen area with room for everyone. Enjoy your time along famous scenic highway 30A!

A few minutes' drive to the East and you can stroll the streets of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Just a few more minutes to the West, and you will find yourself in Seaside, Water Color and Grayton Beach.

A few steps out the front door and you will be at the small community pool. A few more steps and you will be at a public beach walk-over. Our beachfront neighbors welcome visitors and there is plenty of room to set up and enjoy.

Just bring your swimsuit - we provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare easy vacation meals.

This house truly exceeded my expectations! Fantastic location - great set up with the bedrooms and bunk room. The kitchen was very well stocked (could use some additional forks and knives as we kept running out). Rarely is a house better in person than in the photos - but this one was! Beach is literally right across the street and a short mile walk to the Big Chill/Hub. Easy bike ride to rosemary beach. We did have a rental bike stolen while we were there - so be sure to lock up your things! ( teenagers don't listen). We really enjoyed our stay.

The check-in process was very smooth and the location was great because it had easy access to the beach. However, the house wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be and there were no supplies. We had to go buy trash bags and toilet paper and paper towels, etc. for one week stay with 10 guests. It wasn’t equipped well. No.

Thank you for letting me know. Of course I will make sure our cleaning crew is reviewing all aspects as we are always looking to get better. Regarding the paper products, etc. most rentals, including ours, provide starter quantities of all of those products.

Unbeatable location directly across from a beautiful public beach access. Perfect size for two families with kids, and the bunkbed room was especially convenient. Added bonus is the many beach chairs and towels and an umbrella that are included with the rental. The kitchen was stocked with plentiful dishes, pots and pans, and all necessary cooking implements. Bring extra soap if you are staying longer than 3 days as there is only one small hand soap in each bathroom. A little bit of street noise since the house is directly on 30A, but we brought a white noise machine and it drowned out most of it. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend if you can’t pay out the nose for a prime spot on 30A but still want gulf views and easy access to the pristine beaches!

Very clean and spacious. It was just as it was pictured. Right across the street from the beach and the house supplied beach chairs, wave boards, umbrellas, beach towels and cooler. It was perfect for our large group. We woukd definitely book again.

The location is just a short walk from the beach! Everything in the area is close to each other! The house was perfect, very clean and lovely! The host took great care of us and was very nice and communicative!

This place was so perfect! Right across the street from the beach. House was so clean and so spacious. Every floor has a beautiful balcony. Spacious kitchen and living room. Very helpful and quick responsive host! Would definitely stay again.
