The owner was very thorough in their communication. The property was well stocked with basic amenities and a lot of extras. The start was comfy and the neighborhood was super quiet. There were several locally owned restaurants within walking distance. The off street parking was the biggest perk.

We stayed here to attend the Ravens game. Location was great. Easy walk to and from the stadium. Nyi was quick to respond.

Property listing was accurate and clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very good except the stairs are steep and narrow. This was mentioned in the listing. Unfortunately for our group the stairs were difficult.

We are in great shape, no issues with stairs, but, the stairs in this house are dangerous and not to code. Stairs were talked about in another review. They are more than just steep. I wouldn't do small kids in this house or someone who needs to be on a main level. Stairs are a fall hazard to all guests. We left our luggage on the main floor in the dining room b/c it was a risk trying to get them up the stairs. These stairs are more like those going into an attic. Also, lots of extension cords running everywhere. It seems to be a mystery on what light switches turn on what lights in what rooms. This place shows better in photos that what is true reality. The place did have excellent beds though and close to most activities we wanted to see. We stay in VRBOs all the time, to include row houses. This one wasn't for us.

The hosts were very communicative. I never had to wait for a response. If you are looking for a home with all the comforts of home, this is the place. There were plenty of towels, dishes, seating, etc. The house is exactly as described. Yes, the parking situation is tight but it was very manageable for us in a Sprinter van. The location is vey close to the local sports arenas and a casino is near. If my plans bring me back to the area, I would definitely stay again. The smartlock option was a plus.
