We had a wonderful stay at this property for my sister’s bachelorette! Everything was thoughtfully prepared—clean, stylish, and well stocked with essentials from bath towels to scissors. As a hotelier, I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the stay, especially the cute little honor bar with snacks, face masks, Liquid I.V., and Tylenol.The location was also perfect, just a two-minute drive to Prairie Creek Marina where our boat slip was.There was only one thing to note. The bedrooms are downstairs while the kitchen and main living spaces are upstairs, so early risers or late-night conversations can be heard throughout the house. It’s definitely more noticeable with a full house, though! That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience for us, and everything else about the stay was excellent. The hosts were very kind and super responsive, and we’d absolutely stay again.

Why they chose this property

We love this area because it gives you the peaceful feel of a Beaver Lake getaway while still being just minutes from Rogers. Our neighborhood sits right at Prairie Creek, surrounded by rolling hills, mature trees, and wildlife. Deer are seen almost daily, along with plenty of birds and other wildlife. Prairie Creek Marina, the swim beach, boat launch, playground, and state park are all just down the road, while Downtown Rogers, restaurants, shopping, and everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer are only a short drive away. It’s the perfect mix of lake life, nature, and convenience.

What makes this home special is the combination of luxury, comfort, and incredible Beaver Lake surroundings. The home has been fully remodeled with thoughtfully designed spaces throughout, including a beautiful chef’s kitchen and luxury bathrooms.

The main level is made for enjoying the view, with three sliding glass doors showcasing the surrounding mountains and Beaver Lake, along with a cozy fireplace and an open space to relax and gather.

Downstairs brings a little more fun with a second living area, popcorn machine, and foosball table—perfect for family game nights or winding down after a day on the lake.
