Property needs updated furniture, carpet, and bedding. Booked for two week stay and was provided 1 roll of toilet paper in each restroom and 1 dishwashing pod no spare trash bag. So plan on stocking up on things before you relax. At least should have gotten a little extra for booking two weeks. Toilet in master is loose on the bolts to the flooring. Couch pillows dirty, very worn and couch boards broken in the center as it makes a horrible sound when it’s sat on. Washing machine sounded super loud even with the doors closed so couldn’t use it early or late in the evening. Didn’t do a good job cleaning clothes so that needs replaced too.Things like this matter to guests, like dirty stained carpet and kitchen rugs. Felt dirty. The location is great but the 3 flights of stairs were difficult. Luckily I didn’t bring my elderly mother she wouldn’t have made it up all those stairs. Would not rent here again.
