ウォークスルービューについては、ビデオをご覧ください！マナソタキーにあるプール付きのトロピカルアイランドのプライベートホーム。メキシコ湾の自分のビーチへのアクセスと、レモンベイの釣り（ボートではない）ドック（それぞれから1ブロック未満）。新しく改造されたプール。家全体をタイル張りの床に改造しました。ガスグリル;ハンモックのあるパティオ。すべての部屋の中央の空気と天井のファン（またはエアコンをオフにし、窓を開けて、海の音を聞きます）。すべての台所用品と洗濯機/乾燥機;ベッドにはキングサイズ1台、クイーンサイズ1台、フルサイズ2台があり、サンルームの引き出し式ソファはクイーンサイズのベッドになります。マスタースイートはメインハウスに接続されていますが、独立した庭園への専用バスと外部ドアがあります。ゲーム、本交換、ケーブル、WIFIインターネット;釣り竿、ビーチバイク、ビーチチェア、おもちゃなど。キッチン用品とリネンを完備した家具。教師として、この家はゲーム、おもちゃ、ブースターシート、パックアンドプレイなど、非常に子供に優しい場所です。毎朝ビーチでヨガを行い、自転車に乗って（付属）離れます！ガレージの上部のベランダからは湾の美しい景色を眺めることができます。私たちのセミプライベートビーチは平均約13フィートの砂ですが、砂浜は潮や嵐で出入りする可能性があります：ほとんどの年齢で楽しいですが、小さな子供が一人でいるのには適していない可能性があります。ガレージには多くのおもちゃやエクストラが収納されており、自転車や小型車の収納に使用できます。ご質問はお気軽にお問い合わせください。 :)

Perfect spot for families

My family had a great time at Jim and Judy’s home. There was more than enough space for us and two kids ages 5 & 8. The beach is about a 2 minute walk which we enjoyed in the mornings and the heated pool in the afternoons. The area is still recovering from hurricane damage but this house is fully ready and stocked!

Nice, Relaxing Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our time. The property owners were very responsive and communicated with us as needed. Location to the bay and beach were a short walk away. The pool was refreshing during the hot afternoons! A few updates to the pool area and guest rooms would make this perfect. I recommend this property to a family or couples wanting a relaxing beach vacation.

Excellent!

The property is perfect for family and has EVERYTHING you need for a Florida vacation! The open living room/kitchen/dining area so spacious. The pool outside the kitchen is a so perfect for a day at home instead of the beach. And just a short walk to beach and AWESOME fishing dock.

Great Vacation

The house, pool and location were perfect for our family. It was a short walk to both the beach and dock on the bay. Spent many hours in the pool. Home was comfy and met the basic needs. Considering coming back next year

Relaxing Oasis

Everything you need for a beautiful relaxing vacation, is exactly what you get with this gorgeous home. The short walk to the beach everyday, was our favorite. The pool was so refreshing after a hot day. The home is as listed, plenty of room for a family, and very comfortable for us as a couple. We will definitely return.

Great House, Great Host

Judy and Jim will restore your faith in hosts if it is lost! Great home with all the amenities needed. It truly felt like we were staying in a home instead of a rental. From the bike tires being pumped to the pool heater on, this place was ready to enjoy the moment we turned the key. Easy access to the beach and pier, our family enjoyed it all.

Great family property

We loved everything about this property. The house was stocked with anything you may need for a comfortable stay. We cooked all but 1 meal at the house and had every kitchen item we needed. Also the amount of beach accessories, fishing stuff, books and games was amazing. The walk to the beach and fishing dock was a very doable distance for all of us. We definitely hope to return to this property again soon. Jim and Judy were very quick to respond to any question we had.

Peaceful Getaway

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is so beautifully and thoughtfully landscaped that you can easily forget you're in a neighborhood. The dock and the beach are both a short and easy walk. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. This was our first visit to Manasota Key and we will definitely be back.

Inexpensive Family Vacation!

This was a wonderful place for a family beach week! The owners have provided everything you could want for fun in the sun, beach equipment, pool toys, etc. Our family included a five year old and a one year old and they had a ball! We enjoyed cooking on the gas grill and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans for meal prep. This is a nice area with clean beaches. Thanks, Jim and Judy for a great week! We hope to return someday.

Pool was great!

Convenient area, about a 3 min walk to the beach and a 3-10 minute drive to any store or restaurant we needed. It is possible to drive across to the gate for the beach access and unload if you want to take an umbrella, chairs, cooler, etc. and have someone drive the vehicle back and walk across. The dock is also very nice and only a quick minute drive/walk. We were able to park there and take our poles, etc. We had 3 children in our group and the pool was a lifesaver! Perfect size for cooling off in the afternoon.

January stay at Manasota Key

This was the perfect house for my family for this vacation Jan 8-15. The house was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. The bedrooms were supplied with extra pillows and blankets. The pool and deck were wonderful, Everything was clean, and the hosts were very easy to contact. They responded immediately when we had a question

Great vacatoin

The location of this property is great. Easy walking distance to the beach and the dock. We enjoyed the beach and the pool is also really nice. The house isn't fancy (which we don't care about fancy) but it was comfortable and met our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to stay here again. Communication with the owners was excellent. We had the pleasure of meeting Judy in person. She is very pleasant and she left us a nice little parting gift.

Solid Place!

This little 3 bedroom was perfect for my family of 6. Being able to hit the uncrowded beach just a short walk across the street, loop around the neighborhood road to fish off Lemon Bay (or see a manatee), or to simply lounge at the pool make this an easy pick. The timing was neat to see all the sea turtle markings coming up the beach each evening. Very recommended, a little dated but lets be honest if you go to Manasota Key to chill inside your wasting your money.

Peaceful and clean

Enjoyed ourselves

Jim and Judy were wonderful. Judy walked my kids to both beaches so we would know the way. Jim was telling me about future improvements. It'll be even nicer next year. My family found lots of shark teeth and some sea glass and shells. Do these nice hosts a favor and leave the teeth in the porch.

Beautiful pool. Very clean. Very roomy. Our weather was not the best so did not swim but that is not owners fault. Still a wonderful stay. I would only use the lemon bay access. The gulf access not real pretty and crowded with private homes. People in area real friendly and lots to do in area.

Nice spot

Very nice home in an excellent location between bay and gulf. The house is in great condition and has a brand new lanai over the pool. While having the owners in the adjacent apartment may have seemed cumbersome at first,it came in handy when the pool heater stopped working. Judy was nearby to call jim and get it running again. Minor drawback was limited supplies e.g. tp,laundry detergent,napkins etc.

Quiet, relaxing accomodation

Listing photos didn't do the house justice, it was really well maintained and spacious. We took advantage of both the beach and the dock, and went on down further to Blind Pass beach several times as well. I loved the fact we were in a quiet location, not the commercialism of many beach areas I have visited, which makes it a great getaway. There was more than enough room for our family, great selection of reading materials, and DVD's as well as games. We definitely would like to return on future vacations. We visited nearby Boca Grande Island, and made a day trip to Tarpon Springs, approximately two hours away. Jim was very prompt in all correspondence. It was a pleasure staying here!

Adorable house in perfect location

We had a fantastic week here! Yes, it's a little dated inside, but everything was clean. The short walk to the beach was perfect, no getting our car full of sand! The beach felt so secluded! We saw a handful of neighbors and beach walkers, nothing like the crowded public beaches. The pool was great to cool off in after getting back from the beach. The owner stayed above the garage for a few days during our stay, but we hardly noticed her. She was super friendly when we did see her. (A minor note, the mattress in the master bedroom could probably stand to be replaced soon, it's a bit broken down.) We will definitely look for this property again when we plan our next beach vacation!

privacy and a great location

Spent two weeks in March at this lovely home. What a wonderful location - a block from a practically private beach and a block from a dock on the bay. We watched sunsets at the beach and a sunrise at the bay. It was also close to the public beach and the area restaurants. The house was bright, airy, and clean and we were very comfortable. I could hear the ocean at night from the front bedroom! Loved the large TV in the living room area, as well as the available games, books and puzzles. The best part was the lovely heated pool and patio in the back which beckoned us every afternoon! Judy was wonderful to meet and work with, and was very responsive when we had an internet problem - had it resolved quickly. This rental is definitely one to keep on the list!

We have been coming to Florida for 25 years and kept finding ourselves at Manasota Key, with the most beautiful beaches and the most friendly, fun-loving people! When we found this home for sale, we knew we had to have it. We are still working and cannot be there year-round, so we want to share it with others.

This house is a perfect balance of island life on Manasota Key. It is close enough to hear waves crashing or take the just a 3-4 minute walk to the beach or bay - start the day with sunrise on the bay dock and enjoy a sunset walk on the beach. You will find the home to have quiet, peace, and shade. The pool is warm and relaxing and you'll have access to bikes, pool toys, etc. The front porch has prehistoric sharks teeth -- to welcome you to the beach house! The tropical flora and fauna will delight your sense of sight and smell!
