About Janna Mansker
As native Atlantans, we have always loved the Georgia coast and both grew up vacationing on St. Simons Island. We have wonderful memories of spending GA/FLA game weekends here, taking trips with our extended family and friends, and bringing both our children down for their first beach experiences. In spring of 2013 were visiting for spring break and stayed in Two if by Sea for the first time. We were immediately drawn to this unique home and its fantastic location in a neighorhood we've always loved. Noticing the property was for sale, we contacted the owner and the rest is history!

Beach trip with family
Perfect walking distance from everything. We never had to use our car. An abundance of towels were provided too! Nice and quaint rental. We will definitely go back.
Good location. Close to the pier, shopping and restaurants.
Just perfect for our vacation. Adult daughter had her own room and could walk to the beach, pier, shopping and restaurants, so we could keep our own schedule taking the island tour and going for early morning beach walks to see the sun rise, etc. Our little dog liked the fenced in back yard and was welcomed by most areas in the village. The house was clean. I appreciated the washer and dryer.
Janna was more than helpful when telling us about a small issue with the location and letting us know of local restaurants and places to visit that fit our needs.
The entire location is tile which makes for very easy clean up of dog hair or other spills. The king size bed is also a great mattress that slept great!

Location can't be beat! It is located just behind Mallory Street Cafe / Island Dog and is within walking distance to everything in Pier Village. We walked/rode bikes everywhere we went, even to East Beach.
The unit is not new but was certainly clean and there were plenty of clean towels on hand. A 6' privacy fence surrounds the courtyard, which was very nice for letting our little dog out.
However, the mattresses were terribly uncomfortable. The king mattress not only was uncomfortable, but it made a loud crunching sound every time you moved (like a water bottle being crushed!) The double mattress was not super-comfortable, but it wasn't noisy like the king. A good night sleep is very important to us, so we felt it was worth mentioning.

This location was very close to the lighthouse, pier, Neptune park, and Great restaurants and liquor stores. Short drive to beaches and very relaxing atmosphere.
One of the best values on the Island, this is a wonderful duplex-style home in the heart of the St. Simons Island village area. Just a short stroll and you’re among the village shops, restaurants and pier! Also within walking distance is Neptune Park, which includes a resort-style oceanfront swimming pool, playground, miniature golf, picnic area and lighthouse. Very private, this home has a fully fenced yard with outdoor seating and a small grill. Great for kids and Fido. This unit is attached to 510 B Magnolia Ave. The two units are completely separated by privacy fencing. Features include two bedrooms, one bath, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, all with tile flooring. For a $150 non-refundable fee, this residence will accept pets. 510 Magnolia is located within 0.30 miles of tide contingent beach access and is a short, 1.5 mile car or bike ride to Massengale Park Beach. Bedding includes: 1 King, 1 Full, and 1 twin. Maximum Occupancy: 4 Traveling with extended family or friends? Reserve both sides of this duplex and ensure everyone has plenty of room and privacy.
