Tämä toinen rivi hiljattain päivitetty talossa on käänteinen pohjaratkaisu, joten perhehuone, ruokailutila, keittiö ja Master (king size-vuode) ovat ylimmässä kerroksessa, joten näkymät voidaan maksimoida. Wonderful week at the beach

We had a great stay at this house on Holden Beach with family. Very clean and great set up with the floor plan for 2 families. Beautiful sunset views from the back porch and very easy access to beach. Very clean and has a stocked kitchen of everything you will need. Will definitely keep on our list for future stays at Holden!!

Perfect for our family vacation!

This was a great spot to stay, not too far from the beach access which made transporting the beach supplies easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the house was very clean on our arrival. There was a great stash of beach gear including sand toys, chairs and games. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly when contacted. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation

We had a great week at this home! I sincerely appreciated the beach wagon/boogie boards, beach chairs provided. The house was very clean when we arrived. All the beds were comfortable and the home has been well cared for. Can’t wait to return!! Thanks so much!

Ocean and Marsh Views

Amazing views on the upper floor, where the kitchen and living area are. The kitchen bay window makes cooking, and cleaning up, fun as you look out to the intercoastal waterway over the marsh. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the lower deck, catching the beach breeze on the extended area. Plenty of beach provisions and toys in the storage area add to the fun of the short walk to the beach.

Wonderful week at the beach

A terrific beach week. Exactly what the family needed. Saralee was terrific helping us to have a great experience. The view on the back deck was so peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped allowing us to have fun cooking lots of meals together. The short walk to the beach was easy because the house had beach carts and chairs to use.

Awesome Home Away From Home

Our family loves to travel and have stayed at several VRBO homes. This home was awesome! The host was outstanding with a quick response to every question we had. That in itself is a blessing and gave us great vibes. Once we arrived at the house we fell in love. We had 6 people in our family and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house is beautiful and sooooo close to the beach. The views from standing at the kitchen window looking out over the marsh were breathtaking. It was so nice to have beach chairs at the house and not have to worry about taking our own. We have found a new beach as we fell in love with Holden Beach and will definitely be coming back to this house! Thanks for letting us stay at your amazing house!

Best area in Holden Beach

1. We drove up and down Holden Beach just to look at what was here. By far, the stretch of land this house is on is the best. 2. Kitchen sink window - absolutely stunning view of the marshlands. If only I could take this home with me . . . 3. Back porch with same peaceful view of marshland, birds soaring and singing, deer, foxes, and the amazing transformation of the land with the tides 4. Quick walk to the beach 5. You can't see the ocean very well from across the street, but who cares with the great backyard? 6. Lots of beach chairs and boogie boards 7. Very friendly and accommodating host

Very easy check-in process. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. The house was very well maintained and had wonderful views. Saralee was very responsive and provided good instructions. She was very nice in all her communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family (parents and young adult children) just had a perfect week! Saralee is a pleasure to work with. Her communication was always on time, with all specific details included, so that we felt perfectly at home. She is so well organized.. Everything in the house was perfectly sorted. The cupboards in the kitchen are labelled, which makes for finding utensils much easier. The keyless entry which Saralee remotely-programmed was very helpful..The beach chairs are in good condition, which helped reduce our car-load. The location is very nice. While on second row, the private beach access only is a couple of minutes away. Very convenient.We truly had a great week. Everyone in our party left hoping that we can be back in the future. Thank you Saralee!

Best house on Holden Beach

We have come back to the blue house many times and have concluded that it is the BEST on Holden Beach. It is rare to find a house with enough space, with such comfort and be so close to beach access. We love the decks and the view of the marsh (especialy the kitchen window). We love the comfortable beds- the comfortable couches. The modern TV. The kitchen is fully stocked, with sharp knives, a blender, etc. The beach access is a very short walk- and there are chairs and boogie boards for us to use. Saralee takes care of her guests with kindness and QUICK response time. We can't wait to go back!! Thank you, Saralee, for a wonderful vacation and lasting Holden Beach memories.

Great beach house

We enjoyed staying in this home! The layout of the house was nice for our family and very comfortable. It was also nice to be able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas for the short walk to the beach. The host is great, and very quick to reply to any questions!

Loved it again!

This was our second time staying this house with Saralee as our hostess. We love the location with proximity to beach access. The beach is uncrowded because the access is limited. The house is perfectly equipped for our wants and needs, with plenty of beach gear, games, books, etc. Now that so many Holden houses are owned by rental companies, which can feel so impersonal and like they’re squeezing you for cash, it’s even more refreshing to bring our family to a place run by a family.

Family trip

We had a great week at Holden beach. My parents, my family and my sister's family stayed together and we had just enough room for everyone and still personal space when we needed it. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies and there were lots of beach supplies provided as well!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our time at Holden Beach. First time for us and we lucked out with finding this house! It fit our needs perfectly! Enjoyed looking out over the marsh in the rear of the property from the large kitchen window and the access to the beach was across the street and a couple of house down. Perfect! Also, I have to compliment the host for answering all our questions and explaining everything so well about the house. Even gave us some recommendations for local restaurants etc. She was terrific!!! All in all a great experience!!❤️

Incredible views and best equipped kitchen ever!

The views were beautiful and relaxing, the beds were so very comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked we’ve ever had. Saralee, the owner was really helpful and responded promptly when needed.

Absolutely perfect

We loved everything about our stay. The house is very well maintained and very clean. The host is amazing and very communicative and helpful. We have been coming to Holden Beach for years and this is one of our favorite stays yet. The house is well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils and pans, etc. The beds are all very comfortable and the layout is great. Highly recommend!

Great week!

Great location, beautiful back porch view of the marsh. Access for beach a few houses down. Had some issues with the digital lock but SaraLee was prepared and had it remedied quickly. Lots of good beach supplies that you really don't have to bring much of your own! Would stay again!

Our family has enjoyed many reunions with aunts, uncles and cousins over the past few years, and have kept the house only for personal use. Now we want to share our little piece of Paradise as our families are older and not able to get together as often anymore. Make this the place where your family builds wonderful memories, as ours has and will continue to do.

The views off the back upstairs porch are lovely, and the way the house is situated on the lot, it feels private even though we have neighbors. When I sit at the head of the dining table, I can see the ocean out the front windows and a sweeping marsh and inlet view from the side and back windows. Sometimes we see deer in the marsh at low tide.

There is a Food Lion Grocery store within a ten minute drive, as well as a Walgreens Pharmacy. Nearby Dozier's Gym offers daily and weekly memberships, and thrift store shopping turns up some real treasures. Shallotte is the nearest town with more dining options and a Walmar, and a new shopping center with a Marshall's, Hobby Lobby, Ulta, and numerous other stores. Also, there are several golf courses nearby. A fun family activity is zip-lining the Shallotte River Swamp Park, which is really fun, and partly an eco-tour of the swamp. We love our house for the stunning marsh views, which I never imagined would be as lovely as they are. I have turned it into our home away from home, and I trust you will enjoy it as much as we do. Also if sitting on the beach with a good book is what you want, it is just steps away!
