Welcome to Irie Vibes!

Welcome to Irie Vibes!. Irie (eye-ree) is Jamaican English meaning the ultimate positive, joyful and happy, the way you feel when you have no worries.

Irie Vibes is located on the 4th row on Brunswick Ave. W. There is a private beach access 428 feet from the front door. We are also located 1/4 mile from the Holden Beach bridge and restaurants, ice cream, candy, coffee, bike/kayak rentals, a park and boat launch are just a walk or bike ride away. Holden Beach also has a small pavilion (also within walking distance) with live music during the summer.

Our renovated kitchen is fully stocked. In addition, we have new flooring, paint, beds and furniture. Irie Vibes has 4 bedrooms and a "play room" with 2 XL twin beds. Porches on the front and back of the home offer shelter and comfy seating., perfect after a long day of golf or playing on the beach! The outdoor shower is enclosed and has space for towels or wet clothes.

Our home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. Only dogs- no other pets. Our pet fee is $250. Please report ALL pets on your reservation & pay the appropriate fee.

We had a security camera installed at the end of September 2022. This camera only monitors outside the front door. No cameras are inside the home or in the back yard.

Our favorite part of our home is the outdoor space, including a large pool (32 x 14) with decking, landscaping and fencing The pool can be heated March-May, September and October, weather permitting. NEW: There is a fee of $100 to add pool heat to your reservation during these months. If the temperature drops below 55 degrees, we will not be able to heat the pool. NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE POOL! There is a picnic table and outdoor furniture along with extra covered space underneath the house and a bar with a 65" tv.

We enjoyed our stay. Property is exactly as pictured. Pool and surrounding area was great to use. The pool bar was fun to use, and there is a gas grill available. The kitchen is really well equipped and we had everything needed to cook for the whole family. The property is a short walk from the beach. We would love to stay here again should we have the opportunity.

Wonderful place!

This was our first time visiting Holden Beach. We had an amazing time staying at this beach house rental. It was exactly as described. The pool with the outdoor bar area was so nice. This house had everything we needed to have a fantastic vacation. We will definitely be back.

This was the cutest house! We stayed for a week and were so sad to leave! The pool was amazing and in pretty sure my kids would have moved in if they could. This was our first time at Holden and won’t be our last! The owners were amazing at communicating and helping us with a few minors things. My husband was disappointed the bar TV had been damaged by a previous guest and wasn’t available but he lived! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing vacation

This home was truly an amazing vacation spot! Big in-ground pool with pool toys, lots of outdoor seating and a short walk to the ocean! The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were comfy! Owners responded quickly and were very pleasant! We will be back!

Nice place. Great location.

We love the location to restaurants and store. Walking distance to the pickleball courts and park for kids and morning yoga. Walk to beach was good too. Loved the private pool. Owners communicated timely to all our questions. Thank you for another year of memories. Fins Up!

AWESOME BEACH HOUSEThis was our first family beach trip together since the kids are grown and our first time to Holden Beach. The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked and table big enough to have meals together. Bedrooms were large with comfy beds. My grandson loved the kids room. The main attraction was the pool and bar area where we spent most of our time it was amazing!The host Alan and Lynn were very easy to communicate with. They were very prompt to answer questions. Hope to be able to plan another trip to Holden Beach and would definitely stay at Irie Vibes. I would highly recommend this house.

I recommend Irie Vibes to families staying on Holden Beach. Plenty of room, games for the young ones, lovely pool toys, beach wagon and extra touches including a welcoming goodie bag, dog treats, toys and beds for your pet. Our hosts were very attentive in communication. All and all, an excellent experience.

Probably my favorite beach home yet. House was perfect for family. Pool and deck were the best! Dog friendly! Such a short walk to the beach. Definitely booking again and recommending to friends.

Love this place!

This was our second stay at this property. You cannot beat the location—it’s a super short walk to the beach. The backyard is amazing—large pool, bar, tv and speakers make for great poolside afternoons. This property is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Plus, dog friendly! Cannot beat it.

Great house and location

Well stocked kitchen as well as pool and beach supplies. Large pool. Pool heater worked well. My only suggestion would be to have the 'no dogs in the pool' rule in the property details so you know that before you get there.

Family vacation

I loved how it was decorated, it was cozy and felt like being home. They’ve put a lot of thought in how to make people feel welcome and provided a lot of extras. All of the beach accessories were a bonus and made the short walk even easier!

A Beautiful Stay at Holden Beach

The house was very clean, beds comfy, and the porches and pool were outstanding! All the touches were there for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee for our first day! Plenty of towels, pool toys, and beach chairs/games provided. The walk to the beach was SO SHORT! Easy peasy. However, we found ourselves hard to tear away from the pool, which is where we spent much of our time. I was able to bring my dogs, which I really appreciated, and they enjoyed themselves as well. I had a small issue when I arrived, which was fixed immediately and with great urgency. The owners were so kind and understanding with me when I couldn't figure out an issue. No Worries is truly their mantra! Wonderful hosts. Would love to come back some day! And Holden is my absolute favorite beach. Peaceful family beach. Thank you Lynette and Alan for a wonderful stay!!!

Great location

The outdoor pool and bar area was by far our favorite. The rooms were spacious and served well for our family. I loved that they had pet amenities available (bowls, dog bed). It was a nice surprise.

Fantastic week

What a great stay. Beautiful home with comfortable space. The pool was great the first few days the beach was too rough for the little ones and for the times you want to relax pool side. The home has it all from beach wagons to floats. One minute walk to the beach access was so easy. Kitchen had it all to cook all meals in if you like. Kids room was great for the two year old who has nicknamed the door stop dog Buster!

Amazingly wonderful beach home!

This is the best vacation home I have ever rented! Loved the beautiful decor, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, the huge pool and outdoor bar. The host was very prompt in communication.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We love staying here. This is our third year in a row and we have already booked for next year. Such a convenient location to the beach, quiet area, and we love the pool and bar area. Ideal for our family.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We visited Holden Beach, NC several times as we owned property in Sunset Beach. Holden Beach reminds us so much of a little Florida beach town. We needed a bigger space for our growing family (3 grandchildren & hoping for more!) Holden Beach was an easy choice. Once we walked into this home, we were convinced that this was it! It needed no major work, had been completely and professionally updated and was just perfect for us.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our pool and pool deck are amazing! We hope to add a ping-pong/ bar area in the future. Our home is a quick walk to the beach. If you get tired of the beach or pool, you can swing on the front porch and people watch!
