Surrounded by Lodi’s beautiful vineyards, our peaceful guesthouse offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat in the heart of wine country.

The cozy bedroom features a comfortable California King bed and its own HVAC system, creating the perfect setting for a restful night’s sleep. After a day of wine tasting or exploring the area, settle in and unwind with the 65” LG OLED Smart TV.

For added convenience, the guesthouse includes a small workstation and generous countertop space, along with an Alhambra hot and cold water dispenser, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The spacious ensuite bathroom features a double vanity with bright lighting, large medicine cabinets, an oversized shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

Step outside and enjoy the shared patio and BBQ area, surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of Lodi wine country.

The room was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was close to the golf course and a short drive into town. Bed was very comfortable and the owners were very helpful and responsive. I would stay again.

I would really like to give a 1 star review just to keep this gem a secret for my next visit . The host was amazing helping me on the weekend to get my disaster of a trip back on course . The location in the country makes it a wonderful drive to anywhere. Lodi,Sacramento and Stockton are extremely close. And It is in the middle of many of the new Vinyards and Wineries of the new Napa Valley type wine country. The property is comfortable and so much better than a hotel for privacy and safety. View the site and see the pictures,no kitchen ,but the room works perfect for people really on vacation and is supplied decently and smartly so no one is doing dishes ha. Loved the patio in the mornings and coffee and a book without the bugs of the city was extremely enjoyable. Trust me the city has bugs,yuk, even in a nice VRBO I previously utilized. Oh and small hanging racks worked well enough and drawer space was available throughout but there is no closet. Bath area was immaculate and very upscale. Softest towels I have ever had on the road traveling , just an observation. Again I will definitely be looking to utilize their property on my next visit west. Oh and the coast is only an hour to hour and a half away, so an easy day trip even to San Francisco. Just here to say AMAZING for my fit and think travelers would enjoy the experience anytime.

Hello, travelers and adventurers! Welcome to the Armstrong Guesthouse, nestled in the heart of Lodi Wine Country.

This charming little space was once a farmworker washroom on the property. We thoughtfully renovated it into a comfortable one-room vacation retreat while preserving the vintage farmhouse character and history that make it so special.

A little about us…

Our families have deep roots in Lodi, dating back to the early 1910s. For four generations, our family has been part of Lodi’s wine and agricultural community. Andy has been a grape farmer his entire life, while Janice spent more than 20 years caring for others as a registered nurse.

We still call Lodi home and live just outside of town in the country, where we enjoy gathering our large—and ever-growing—family for holidays, celebrations, good food, and, of course, plenty of Lodi wine.

We hope you enjoy the Armstrong Guesthouse and our hometown as much as we do. Whether you’re here to explore Lodi Wine Country, attend a special event, visit family and friends, or simply relax for a few days, we’re happy to have you.

We’ve always loved the charm of Lodi country living, surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and open farmland. There’s something special about being able to slow down, take a walk, enjoy the scenery, and experience the peaceful rhythm of life in the country.

When we began welcoming guests to the Armstrong Guesthouse, it was important to us that they could experience a little of Lodi the way we do—at a relaxed pace, surrounded by the agricultural landscape that has been such an important part of our family’s life for generations.

We love country living, and we hope our guests enjoy the peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and simple charm of Lodi Wine Country as much as we do.
