Nicely remodeled, very clean, very welcoming, and it offered all the comfort and fulfilled all our needs. Kitchen was fully equipped and allowed us to cook some delicious meals instead of eating out all week. Quiet neighborhood. Straightforward communication with management.We did not use the pool. Will be back for sure!

The home itself was beyond perfect. Beautiful, cozy, magical, exactly as advertised (if not better), and clearly owned by someone who genuinely cares about their property and their guests. For that reason alone, I am absolutely giving this a 5-star review - the owner does not deserve to be penalized in any way.That said, the property management company was an entirely different story.Communication was poor, disorganized, and frustrating from start to finish. Basic questions took far too long to be answered (if they were answered at all), and several avoidable issues arose simply due to lack of follow-through and attention to detail on their end. The contrast between the quality of the home and the quality of the management was honestly shocking.

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our service and apologize for any confusion or frustration you experienced. Our team works very hard to be available to guests 24/7 and to respond as quickly and clearly as possible. After reviewing your reservation, we do want to clarify that we only received two inquiries from you. The first was a special request made about a month before your stay, which required owner approval. We did reach out to the owner immediately, and because it was a special accommodation, it did take a couple of days to finalize. The second request was for a late checkout made the day before departure. We responded with the available options and explained that we were unable to accommodate a late checkout due to the holiday period and back-to-back reservations with incoming guests. We regret that this led to a frustrating experience for you, as that was never our intention. We are, however, very happy to hear that you loved the home and that the owner was able to accommodate your special request. Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to continue improving our communication and guest experience.
