Stylish and immaculately clean end upper villa, with a large, 42 foot, sunny, private wraparound furnished deck. This is the closest unit (#121) to the beach in the Shipyard Plantation. Directly located across from the Sonesta Oceanfront Resort.

My husband and I love this well-appointed and comfortable Villa. We love walking over to the beach, playing golf on the three Shipyard courses, and are amazed at the variety and quality of restaurants and entertainment just minutes away. We always stay here because it is simply the best!!!!

Enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean, and well-stocked condo, located a short walk from the beach and from Van Der Meer Tennis Center. This Villa is located in Shipyard Plantation, and it’s only a 4 minute walk to the beach. The unit includes a great outdoor deck with umbrellas, chaises, table and chairs, a perfect place to read a book, enjoy an outdoor dinner or afternoon snacks. The beach chairs, umbrella and bikes were great amenities.amenities. The hosts left detailed instructions, check in was very easy. We loved our week in Hilton Head!

Our New Favorite Vacation

The owners’ description of this condo is spot on. It’s the closest condo to the beach. It’s quite roomy for a one bedroom unit and we appreciated the two full bathrooms. The large wrap around deck with the two umbrellas was a great way to unwind after full days of exploring the island’s attractions. We very much enjoyed staying at this condo and highly recommend it. The owners were very responsive and a joy to work with.
