Este 2BR y villa amigable 2BA mascota! Cocina remodelada, baño principal, nuevo piso de mosaico en todo, y añadiendo nuevas comodidades, mobiliario y todos los elementos esenciales adicionales necesarios para hacer de sus vacaciones estancia más agradable son sólo el comienzo de los maravillosos cambios que ocurren a esta villa con mucho más a seguir. Usted estará encantado de ver que tanto los baños han sido totalmente actualizada con granito y azulejos y el plan de piso abierto ofrece mucha luz natural, que se suma a la amplitud de esta villa. Se encuentra en el segundo piso con una gran vista de las lagunas y los campos de golf.

Beachwalk se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de la playa ya un corto trayecto en coche de las tiendas y muchos restaurantes. Astillero plantación tiene 2 convenientes puertas de acceso al Papa Ave y 278 en el extremo sur de Hilton Head. Ofrecemos maravillosa bicicleta con sombra y senderos para caminar a lo largo de los barrios junto con una hermosa playa, golf y Van Der Meer Tennis Club, donde Billie Jean King comenzó su carrera en el tenis.

Ahora se llega a las vacaciones con toda su familia en Hilton Head! Nuestras playas son mascotas hasta las 10 am y después de las 5pm todo el verano y son bienvenidos todos los días a partir de septiembre. Tenemos muchos restaurantes que son mascotas, junto con nuestros puntos de venta y centros comerciales acogedoras mascotas. Barb our host was incredibly helpful, and went way out of her way helping us out of a jam when I had inadvertently booked 2 units for the same time period! (Even organizing a conference call with VRBO).The condo was super comfortable, well stocked with every possible convenience, pet friendly, and close to the beach.We plan on returning!

Outstanding spotless luxury pet friendly rental! Pictures of condo dont do it justice. Absolutely beautifully decorated. All the appliances were newly updated and detailed tiles in kitchen and bath absolutely beautiful. Beds were so comfy! Condo was so convenient to beach. Beach locker was available so we didn't have to haul chairs or umbrella. Hose outside was perfect for rinsing off our dog after day at beach. Barbara was amazing to work with with great communication and made sure any questions answered. This unit has been one of our favorite stay in the many times we have visited HH. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and well appointed condo within easy walking distance to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again.

108 Beachwalk did not disappoint! It was very clean, updated, and had all the things needed for our stay. The wrap-around porch had three different seating areas. Also has a gate to the stairs which was very convenient for those of us with a dog. A short 5 minute or less walk to the beach. The owner Barbara, is a pleasure to talk with and is very attentive to any communications you may have. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home

The property was wonderful with great access to the beach and the area. The condo had all the things to help build great memories. Loved the comfort of the bedrooms and the bathrooms are gorgeous. 10/10

Perfect vacation spot

We have stayed at this property numerous times and still enjoy it! It’s an upstairs unit, which we prefer. Plenty of room and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. It’s very close to the pool and the beach. Love staying in Shipyard. Had a wonderful family vacation!

Love this second floor condo, especially wrap around deck.The 4 pm check-in was not ideal as the cleaning service did not finish until almost 5 pm, no fault of the owner. There were a few unexpected work/maintenance issues; the water was turned off twice to install an outdoor shower, we had to clean up a bit of the mess caused by the shower installation, and another scheduled regular maintenance person showed up at 8 am during our vacation.

This was the third year in a row that we've stayed at 108 Beach Walk short walk to the beach excellent accommodations all high-end plus having a locker at the beach makes things very convenient

Beautiful Condo with Great Amenities

This is a beautifully decorated condominium with all the amenities you will need, and a plus that it is pet friendly, you will love the wrap-around porch, and secluded feeling being on the top floor, additionally all beds are really comfortable, with televisions in both bedrooms. You won't be dissappointed, and communication with the owner is top notch! Enjoy your stay, book now.

Great Location

We chose this property for its location and ability to bring our dog. The location was perfect for getting to the beach, around a 5 minute walk (depending on your pace). The condo was well equipped for an our week long stay. We experienced an issue at check in that the Barbra took care of quickly. One of the best perks of this unit was the access to the beach locker, we only had to haul our chairs and umbrellas to the beach once and bring them back at the end of the week. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a pet friendly rental with easy access to the beach.

Fabulous condo close to beach

This is our second stay here and we love it. The condo is clean annd comfortable. We love that it is walking distance to the beach and we can bring our dog! 🐶 Will be back !!!!

A wonderful getaway on Hilton Head Island!

We stayed at this property in Mar/Apr 2024 and it was all we had hoped for and more! Very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The large wraparound deck with an amazing view of trees and the golf course was a great place to start and end each day. The location is perfect and just a very short walk to the beach which we enjoyed every day. Can't wait to return!!!

Love the location

We were very comfortable in this unit. The outside deck was a great space, kitchen was well equipped, furniture comfortable, and we enjoyed the use of a locker at the beach. Easy stroll to the beach too.

Beachwalk is correct!

We loved our stay in this beautiful unit a short walk to the beach! Very comfortable and well appointed unit that was super clean. It is on the second floor which was fine with us but maybe not for all. We stayed two fantastic weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have already talked about renting this unit again next year. So fun!! Also a great location on HHI.

Can I give all the categories more than 5 stars??

Location was ideal. Finally found a property that was REALLY “just steps to the beach”. ☺️. We were on the second floor and the deck was a dream - right up in the treetops and we got all the sun. Furnishings were comfy and attractive and the bed in the master was exceptionally comfortable. I usually miss my bed at home but this was great. Well stocked kitchen. We were there for 6 weeks and cooked at home a fair bit and we never wanted for anything. We were so sad to go home!! Owner was very accommodating and was a prompt texted!

This is a great condo

We liked our stay. The steps are pretty treacherous and steep. The outside (common) area is not kept up very well, trash on the ground, etc. which is NO fault of the owner. Loved how well furnished the kitchen was. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean and tastefully updated.

Our primary residence is in the Atlanta area, which is great as it is only an 5 hour drive to Hilton Head. We absolutely love everything about Hilton Head and when the opportunity to purchase 108 Beachwalk came our way we knew we had to jump on it. It has become our home away from home and try to visit as often as we can. We hope that your visit to our villa will make you feel as comfortable and at home as it does us.

We have been visiting and enjoying what Hilton Head has to offer for over 40 years. When we brought Justin, our Golden Retriever we met so many wonderful people and their dogs on the beach, we knew we had to have to find a place of our own.
Hilton Head has so many dog friendly restaurants, it makes it easy for your fur baby to feel right at home. too.
We choose Beachwalk in Shipyard over the other locations because it is the closest complex to the beach. Shipyard has miles of bike/waliking paths, golf that is second to none, and wildlife that you will want to just sit back and enjoy.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There is a large wrap around porch with a gate and vaulted ceiling in the great room that can only be found on a second floor villa. While lounging on the deck you will have views of the Shipyard golf course and all the wildlife on the island. Van de Meer Tennis club where Billy Jean got her start is just steps away. You will also have access to a beach locker for your equipment so you don’t have to drag it back and forth.
