Features one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds—ideal for families or groups. Located in Legacy, SE Calgary, with easy access to Spruce Meadows and 20 minutes to Okotoks, this quiet neighborhood offers a relaxing stay close to local attractions. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining for six, open-concept living, in-suite laundry, two full bathrooms (one ensuite), a workspace, and smart TVs in every room.

Relax in a comfortable private suite in the exclusive Legacy Woods neighborhood of Southeast Calgary, moments from parks, scenic trails, shopping, and local dining favorites.

Kitchen & Dining:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and bakeware, plus essentials like coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Enjoy a comfortable dining area with seating for six, perfect for family meals, shared laughter, and relaxed morning coffee moments.

Bedrooms:
Comfortable and inviting bedrooms designed for restful sleep. Each room includes quality bedding, ample storage (closet or wardrobe), smart TV and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night’s rest.

Parking & Entry:
Free parking is available in front of the single-door garage (please avoid blocking the double garage), plus plenty of free street parking. Entry is private via the side door — follow the path and head down the stairs to your suite.

You’ll also have access to free parking.

The suite is accessed via the side of the house, and down a short staircase leading to your own private entry. Please note that the staircase leading down to your private suite also offers access to the mechanical room and may occasionally be shared when needed to access the mechanical room. Note that there is no access included for the mechanical room, backyard or garage.

No smoking or vaping inside the suite or anywhere on the property.
No pets are allowed.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Maximum occupancy is six guests.
No commercial use or filming without prior host approval.
