The space
Comfortable private suite nestled in the exclusive Legacy Woods area of Southeast Calgary - just minutes from parks, scenic trails, shopping, and great local dining.

Living Area:
A cozy and stylish space featuring a plush sofa, smart TV with streaming options, and a small workspace — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city or catching up on a bit of work.

Kitchen & Dining:
A fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, bakeware, and essentials like coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There’s a dining area with seating for up to six, ideal for memorable family diners, shared laughter and morning coffee chats.

Bedrooms:
Comfortable and inviting bedrooms designed for restful sleep. Each room includes quality bedding, ample storage (closet or wardrobe), smart TV and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night’s rest.

Bathroom:
A modern, sparkling clean bathroom with a full shower, soft towels, and thoughtful touches such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Laundry:
In-suite washer and dryer available for your convenience, along with detergent and basic laundry supplies.

Wi-Fi & Entertainment:
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the suite. Smart TV automatically logs out of personal accounts after your stay for added peace of mind.

Parking & Entry:
Free parking is available in front of the single-door garage (please avoid blocking the double garage), plus plenty of free street parking. Entry is private via the side door — follow the path and head down the stairs to your suite.

The suite is accessed via the side of the house, and down a short staircase leading to your own private entry.

Please note that the staircase leading down to your private suite also offers access to the mechanical room and may occasionally be shared when needed to access the mechanical room.

Note that there is no access included for the mechanical room, backyard or garage.

No smoking or vaping inside the suite or anywhere on the property.

No pets are allowed.

No parties, events, or large gatherings.

Maximum occupancy is six guests.
