This property boasts being close to some of the best amenities in the city, including South Health Campus just 3 minutes away, Calgary's largest YMCA, VIP Cineplex, exquisite restaurants, and a range of golf courses.

The modern home sleeps 6 guests, and both short- and long-term stays are welcome.
The space: Our open-concept living area is equipped with a large sectional couch, Wi-Fi access, and a 65" Smart TV with loads of apps to keep our guests entertained. This area is connected to a dining space, perfect for hosting additional family and friends.
Our modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a stylish quartz island, ideal for hosting. The main floor also contains an office space with plenty of natural light and a large balcony, perfect for refreshing summer days!
The three bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed with premium linens and reading lamps for travelers who want to get cozy in bed and enjoy a good book. * 25 mins to Downtown
