Hi Leonard, thanks for the review and mentioning the game room and hot tub. The front 600 square foot deck is new this year, and while the ocean is viewable from the deck and kitchen, it is about a 5 minute walk to the beach through the private trail. We do hope you will come see us again. Best Robbie Owner Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals

Hi Julie, we are so happy to hear you all loved it. We had one family tell us their young children were in tears when the holiday was over. They didn't want to leave the house. While we don't like to see kids cry, at least it was for a good reason. Best, Kathy General Manager Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Surfview 3. There really isn't anything this big (7 bedrooms) at this price. As noted on the website, the house has a new owner who has spent the year making innumerable upgrades. Everything from all new kitchen supplies, and appliances to the recreation room with all the toys, pool table, electronic basketball and ping pong table. They aren't done yet-still more to come so we do hope you will come back again. Chandy-Bloomer Estates Management

I am sorry you did not enjoy the home, all the Surfviews are extremely popular and hard to get due to the constant bookings we hope you were ably to enjoy your vacation. Thank You Chandy

Hi Mandie, thank you for your feedback about your stay at Surfview 3. We just installed a new water pump and had the well checked. The new pump has helped a great deal with the water pressure. We would love to hear which beds to replace as some are new. With 7 bedrooms and 9 beds, it is helpful to know which ones you did not like. Unfortunately, the last 3 guests were happy with the beds. We do have a mix of firm and soft beds by the way as everyone is different in their requirements.
