The house features two full kitchens, large dining room that overlooks the pool area, two living rooms, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms. Guests can enjoy swimming in the in-ground pool, relaxing and grilling on the deck, and can spend evenings by the outdoor fire pit.

Please note that security cameras are located on the exterior of the property and noise monitoring devices (only measures the level of sound, not able to record conversations) are located on the exterior of the property as well.

Amazing stay!

Host was so accommodating with our family, from booking to check in, everything was easy. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and close to downtown Kennebunkport. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation in Maine

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Close to the beach and town, (walkable for some) with access to many wonderful restaurants and shops. Great outside area with a pool, fire pit, and grill. Big enough that our family of twelve never felt crowded!

Paradise in Kennebunk

We had 11 people in our party and every family had their own bedroom & bathroom along with A/C to keep the room cool. We enjoyed the pool in the mid afternoon after a day exploring Kennebunkport and the endless shops and eateries. Gotta stop by Clam Shack for a fresh lobster roll or clam chowder!

Family Fun in Maine

We had an incredible experience! The house accommodated our family perfectly, offering plentiful space and amenities. Great Family Vacation

Michael's home was the perfect spot for our family's last minute mini-trip to Kennebunk! It was a perfect central location so close to the downtown. The kids loved the pool (they even swam in the rain!) and the adults really liked the firepit area. We travel in a big group and we were lucky to be able to each have our own room and bed. The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed for family style dinners. We will definitely be coming back!

New Year's Weekend

We had a great time in Michael's place over the New Year's holiday. The was plenty of space for 6 adults and multiple dogs. The fenced back yard was great for them to run around in and the close proximity to the beach was nice as well. Michael provided the perfect amount of communication to ensure we had everything we needed. Would certainly stay there again.

Christmas Family Get Together

This was an excellent place to gather as a family during the holidays. There was plenty of space to spread out. Our family made used of the two kitchens for cooking and preparing meals. The living room space was somewhat small for group of 8 adults, but we made it work.

RENTERS BEWARE — THIS HOUSE DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE LISTING

Aside from the location (convenient to downtown and beaches) this property is an atrocity. We left our trip 3 days early, and the owners are ignoring us. 1. The property is advertised as “newly renovated top to bottom.” It is not. It has some new cheap vinyl floors (which are buckling due to moisture issues) and granite counters. Lipstick on a pig, at best. It’s dirty, dingy, and gross top to bottom. 2. The house has numerous safety hazards, including broken pool ladders, missing smoke detectors, a dishwasher that falls out, and stairs without safety railings. There are also exterior doors without locks, and a broken bulkhead. 3. The house has a distinct mold odor. It’s terrible, and they try to mask it with 87 glade plug ins. You can see the moisture in the walls and in the floor. The roof also shows numerous leaking areas. The suspected mold gave 2 of our guests mold sickness — my 2 year old daughter and 62 year old mother became extremely ill at the house and felt better within 12 hours of leaving. 4. Electricity issues: the circuit breaker tripped DAILY while doing basic tasks, like running the dishwasher or blow drying hair. We were concerned to use electronics and cause a fire. 5. Cheap and dirty furnishings: for the price of the house, I’d expect a mattress thicker than 4 inches and a couch without stains. We covered all the couches with cleaned blankets because they were so dirty. GROSS. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Excellent vacation property

Once again this property led to a great family vacation had by all. Walked to the beach each day, about a mile and enjoyed the pool after that. Short ride to restaurants and shops. Plenty of room in the house for large families. Great fire pit!

Perfect Weekend

This place was clean and huge! Our family of 7 fit perfectly. The ambiance in the backyard was perfect for our purpose. We also love the fact that our dogs could join us. Overall an amazing stay😊

East Wing/West Wing 🙂

We called it the home with an east wing and west wing since the home has two separate kitchens and living rooms connected with a common dining area. It was lovely, comfortable and accommodated our family very nicely for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Great location and proximity to downtown Kennenunkport!

House was very spacious and perfect for our large group. Having two kitchens was very helpful for our group of 10! The kitchens and home was very well equipped and clean. Only a few minutes to downtown Kennebunkport with restaurants and shops. Check in process was extremely easy and host was very accommodating. Thank you! We hope to be back again next year!

Wedding Weekend

This review is two-fold. First, I did reserve the house for two families to stay while attending a wedding at the Colony Hotel over Columbus Day weekend. I ended up getting Covid and was unable to attend. So, my review on my communication with the host is firsthand but the reviews of the property itself are based on feedback from my best friend and my daughter. Michael was a wonderful communicator - always responding to any inquiries promptly and thoroughly. I thought the price of the house was reasonable given the holiday weekend. Reviews of the house (rental was reserved for 12 adults - 6 couples) - 2 families The layout was great for our two family situation given that we each had our own kitchen and that there were multiple baths. There was plenty of room to spread out. It was great that it was dog friendly - the backyard was great for the pets. We would have loved to have been there when the pool was open - it's a wonderful yard for hanging out. The house was very clean and comfortable - one comment is that bed pillows were too puffy but that's always a matter of preference. It was also mentioned that if the house had been at capacity, there probably could have been more towels available.. Very convenient to the downtown area. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely book it again.

Perfect home

We loved staying here. The location was perfect for the group of us with toddlers. The adults could separate ourselves at night so the babies couldn’t hear us and the same thing in the morning when we were trying to keep the babies from waking everyone up! The home was even nicer than pictured.

We now own two vacation properties in the Kennebunkport area and love being able to rent out these homes to guests from all over the country and world. We both work full-time in education and enjoy hiking, cooking, gardening, and playing with our two dogs.
